I wouldn't put much emphasis on Neptune. Trump has:

MC ruler in conjunction with Saturn (and MC ruler is in the sign of Moon,which represnts people,homeland) +

Sun conj Uranus ,oppo Moon (People who have outer planets in hard aspect to their luminaries tend to be influential, and the opposition between Sun and Moon further supports the notion of leadership vs fellowship.)

Also,for a nation that worships at the altar of personality, that Leo Mars is a sign of the divine.

Democrats will fight back. Next time, they will be wise and send a superior exalted-domiciled candidate (Virgo) to stand up to the inferior domiciled candidate (Gemini).

Hi Venus there is a lot going on in Trump's chart, Neptune was just the topic at hand. Nice analysis I'd like to add now as another aspect of Sun opp Moon - defining oneself by the relationships one has, and Moon on the SN in aspect with the Wedges shows great early support from family and peers, having a "backup". Apart from the backup, with Mars and Pluto in the 12th connected to the whole structure, Mr Trump has some "occult" friends and is part of a heavy backstage political game (aren't they all?) which will become apparent later on; it's interesting how this part is connected with IC, and from here the Sun and the Moon. It's a very "clean" chart for ascending on the 10th/11th axis.
