"I'm the mayor, I can do whatever I want until the courts tell me I can't."that was when she was MAYOR. think how big her head will get if she gets near the presidency... saying she's kicked his butt is not the same as her doing it. as usual you have confused the two. i see i too was delusional, i credited you with intelligence. Palin has set O'Bomber up as the biggest loser President in American history; set the demoscat party up to lose big in November and turned the majority of Americans against O'Bomber's policies. At every turn, Palin has frustrated O'Bomber and the loons he gathered around him. Further, O'Bomber may have passed legislation but the cost of doing so is going to be the loss of Congress in November AND, the repeal of most of the O'Bomber agenda OR cutting off funding by the Congress until O'Bomber has exited the White House and then, repeal. O'Bomber's personal job disapproval rating overall is 53% and it's higher on specific policy decisions...like cap and trade, O'BomberCare, the Porkulus bill and there's more of the same coming down the pike for O'Bomber and Congressional loons. katatonic, do you have an actual quote..AND A RELIABLE, CREDIBLE SOURCE for what you say Palin said????? If you do, how about posting it right here for all to see? IP: Logged |

Palin hasn't set Obama up as anything. She's reported him as many things, but she hasn't set his agenda, and she hasn't thwarted it either. It's pretty obvious.IP: Logged |

Sarah Palin has made O'Bomber look utterly foolish at every turn; has framed his policies to the public in such a way as to look like the leftist Socialist drivel, nonsense and appeasement they really are. Playing off O'Bomber's campaign rhetoric of "Hope and Change", Palin reminds America of O'Bomber's rhetoric by saying..."How's that Hopey, Changey Thingy Working out for You?" Most Americans don't think that Hopey, Changy Thingy is working out well at all. IP: Logged |

You don't seem to be laughing katatonic. As I recall, you attempted to lie about Palin saying...she's been indicted in Alaska. That doesn't sound like laughter coming off leftists katatonic. It sounds a lot like screeching and shrieking every time Palin skewers O'Bomber...which is often. IP: Logged |

Leftists should perhaps get their heads screwed on straight and listen to what Joe Lieberman has to say about Sarah Palin.Lieberman doesn't think Palin is a laughing matter...but rather to be taken seriously. Lieberman: Sarah Palin Can’t Be Underestimated Monday, 12 Apr 2010 07:07 PM By: Jim Meyers Sen. Joe Lieberman tells Newsmax that anyone who underestimates former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin as a political force “does so at some peril.”.... “I don’t know what her future is, but I’m just saying everybody should listen.” http://newsmax.com/Headline/lieberman-palin-2012-mccain/2010/04/12/id/355513 IP: Logged |

. . . . . . . . . The Chairman of the Committee on Homeland Security and Government Affairs.... * a guy who politicized national security and homeland security in a disgusting fashion during the election. * and his failure to hold any hearings on hurricane Katrina and the no-bid contracts given to Cheney's buddies? * a guy who in interview and elsewhere has vituperous antipathy for the President to the point where he agrees that Marxism should be investigated? And that Obama is making us less safe? Yes, the aggressive reduction of weapons grade plutonium, and enriched uranium globally by this admin for the next three years will make everyone less safe. Lieberman is a shill for Insurance, and that is his positive side. IP: Logged |

Yeah, yeah, yeah Node. We've heard all about that Haliburton contract from the far radical left...for years.Too bad leftists never got the word that Haliburton contract was a cost + contract with the + side being so low that if it was the primary contract in Haliburton's quiver of business....they would have gone out of business. I actually like it when leftists screech and shriek about Sarah Palin. It means Palin is a burr under their saddles; an itch they can't scratch and THE single most effective speaker and campaigner against leftist Daffy Duck policies. Talk about politicizing the war?? Is it 1984 yet? Strikes against terrorist leaders and/or their hideouts have become....'Overseas Contingency Operations.' Terrorist strikes against civilian populations have become..."Man Made Disasters". Even Daffy Duck would have a hard time swallowing this leftist political correctness tripe. Btw, when a Senator, (Joe Lieberman) with a 95% Liberal voting record is way too conservative for Move On Loons and Puffington Crazies, reasonable people realize the far loony left has both feet dangling over the Left edge of the Universe. My judgment has proved to be impeccable, pristine and "almost" prescient.Yours, on the other hand has proved to be missing in action. The majority of Americans are already sick of O'Bomber's policies. Large majorities disagree with virtually every policy initiative O'Bomber has put forth. By 2012, Bugs Bunny would win against O'Bomber...in a landslide. His only hope is to discontinue his leftist radicalism. But, since that's the core of who O'Bomber really is, that's not likely to happen. IP: Logged |

Mine correctly predicted the current President's win, whilst being exactly opposite of your prediction. That would logically suggest the opposite of what you've claimed. quote: "I'm the mayor, I can do whatever I want until the courts tell me I can't."...katatonic --------------------------------------------------------------------------------"katatonic, do you have an actual quote..AND A RELIABLE, CREDIBLE SOURCE for what you say Palin said?????"
Carney confronted Mayor Palin at a City Council hearing, and was shocked by her response. "I braced her about it," he said. "I told her it was against the law to make such a large expenditure without the council taking a vote. meanwhile back at the igloo a few details have slipped out about the kind of "expenses" ms p is deducting from her "every penny to the cause" lecture tour... oh the hardships of life on the road!!By ROBIN HINDERY Associated Press Writer updated 5:54 p.m. PT, Tues., April 13, 2010 SACRAMENTO, Calif. - Sarah Palin will get first-class airfare for two and three rooms at a luxury hotel when she gives a speech in June for a university foundation. And organizers better not forget to stock her lectern with two water bottles and bendable straws. The details of Palin's contract with the California State University, Stanislaus Foundation were contained in five pages of the document retrieved from a campus trash bin by students who heard administrators might be shredding documents related to the speech. ... State Attorney General Jerry Brown said he would investigate whether the foundation violated public disclosure laws. He said the investigation was not about Palin but about the alleged shredding of contract documents. State Sen. Leland Yee, D-San Francisco, who has been seeking details of Palin's compensation package for several weeks, provided copies of the paperwork Tuesday. Among other perks, the former Alaska governor will fly first class from Anchorage to California — if she flies commercial. If not, "the private aircraft MUST BE a Lear 60 or larger ...," the contract specifies. And a suite, too Palin also must be provided with a suite and two single rooms in a deluxe hotel near the campus in Turlock in the Central Valley. Both Sacramento and San Francisco are within a two-hour drive, but the high-profile politician could also opt for Turlock's year-old Comfort Suites, which offers some of the most expensive rooms in town at $139 a night. The document, dated March 16, does not include compensation details for Palin, who commands speaking fees as high as $100,000. Her appearance at the university's 50th anniversary gala is expected to draw a large crowd, with tickets selling for $500 each. Jason Recher, a spokesman for Palin, did not immediately return a call seeking comment. Palin's fee and accommodations will be covered entirely by private donations, not state funds, said Matt Swanson, president of the nonprofit foundation's board. Students: We got a tip The students who found the document said they acted on a tip that documents were being shredded last Friday, when campus staff members were supposed to be on furlough. "I was informed that there was suspicious activity taking place at the administration building, which I found very alarming," said 23-year-old Ashli Briggs, a junior at the school. Briggs contacted senior Alicia Lewis, 26, who went with several other students to investigate. The building was locked and gated, but the students were able to retrieve piles of paperwork, including the contract document, from a nearby trash bin, Lewis said. The contract pages have Washington Speakers Bureau printed at the top and a contract number. The speakers bureau did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Yee called the incident "a dark day for the CSU." "This is our little Watergate in the state of California," he said Tuesday at a news conference where he was joined by Briggs and Lewis. University: Shredding is routine Russell Giambelluca, the university's vice president of business and finance, said no one at the university was advised to destroy specific foundation documents, and staff members routinely shred and dispose of paperwork that is no longer needed. Regarding the excerpt of Palin's contract, he said: "I find it interesting that among shredded documents you find one that's completely intact related to the contract." The CSU Stanislaus Foundation previously denied the AP's request to release details of Palin's contract under the California Public Records Act. Last week, the university responded to a similar public records request by Yee by saying it did not have any documents related to Palin's appearance and had referred the matter to Swanson. The next day, Swanson sent letters to both Yee and the AP stating that Palin's contract includes a strict nondisclosure clause. University foundations and other auxiliary organizations were not subject to the same public records requirements as the university itself, he said." seems jwhop's been greasing up the lady's ego, she thinks she's a candidate for something, or ALREADY WON...pity that metaphysically she is digging her own grave.. What we've found out over the last year and a half is that most of what leftists have said about Sarah Palin is total, complete, lying bullshiiit.Leftist sources of news have taken it on the chin with the American public for spreading the lies told by other lying leftists. One can always tell who leftists fear most. That's the person they attempt to smear with their lies. Fortunately, these tactics aren't working so well any more as Americans have caught on to the fact that if you scratch a leftist, you'll find a liar lurking just below the surface. The fact remains that Palin is more intelligent than Wonder Boy O'Bomber, more in tune with American values than Wonder Boy O'Bomber and has been on the right side of every issue which matters to Americans. O'Bomber comes out of every encounter with Palin looking like he's been dragged through the smallest knot-hole in the fence. IP: Logged |

well i googled her speech for evidence of what she did or did not say and the weirdest thing...it is blacked out in every entry google has...ie only the "faithful" who paid to hear it are allowed to actually know what she said. and jwhop, given your predilection for denial even when hoist in your own petard, you are not what i call a credible source. show me the speech which has been deleted from every post it should be in online ... oh DANG! that won't work because you can't be trusted not to edit out the offensive phrases...like we aren't supposed to know that she is raising money for the cause only when it pays well enough to live like royalty...what's a researcher to do? keep looking i guess.i just love how you accuse the "other side" of doing exactly what you do, huey.. i just love the fact that pretty much EVERY candidate/person in position to deal with the power situation is ignoring the fact that truly cheap power, tesla style, is available now with very little overhead to make it universally useful, for travel on land sea air and space, home use, commercial use, EVERYTHING. wireless too, so no more ugly pylons, cables taking up space etc ad infinitum...making drilling a waste of time.IP: Logged |

I hate to break this news to you but Google is a corporation which is overwhelmingly demoscat oriented. So, I doubt Google has blacked out any coverage of Sarah Palin which would tend to give her a black eye. They're in the same category as Saloon Magazine whom I wouldn't believe if they swore on a stack of Bibles. Of course Palin has ripped the intellectual veneer off Wonder Boy O'Bomber. In every encounter, he's come off much worst for wear. He's lost on every issue in which he decided to take Sarah Palin on. He's such a slow learner. O'Bomber's handlers would do well to erase any references to Sarah Palin off his teleprompter.

Sarah Palin as Political Grifter? That sounds about right. or! The gift that keeps on taking. I wonder what flava kool aide the Palinites be drinkin because it can be used both as a floor wax and dessert topping. Wonder how caribou jerky flavor goes down. Iced, shaken, or neat? Sister Sarah Palin: reporting by ABC and politicsdaily.com on her filings with the FEC provides a startling breakdown on her Political Action Committee. Sarah PAC raised $400,000 in the first quarter of 2010. It donated only $7500 to actual candidates, $2,000 to other PACs, nothing to the 20 Republican candidates in the races. And she said she was, quote, “targeting.” Where`s the rest? Plus the half a mil she had in the bank at the start of the year? - $243,000 to consultants,
- $11,000 to photography,
- $31,000 to generalized travel,
- $3400 for one stay at a hotel in New York,
- $7300 went to de-icing private planes.
Sarah PAC spent $200 more on donations to candidates than it did on de-icing the wings on Mylady`s jet. Is this the greatest political financial scam in decades?! Sarah Palin is not a candidate, leader or role model. She is an accomplished grifter.
