Vansio. not quoting, just responding. I might have more to say another time. I was just thinking again, about friendship versus acquaintances. How much to trust people (I can trust too easily, despite having reservations - unless it’s a situation in which I’m definitely closed off for a reason).

A bit of an update relating to my neighbors below me.

I got a letter back from CPS. It basically implied that an investigation did not go through because they are already in the system and have a case worker.

The grandkids have not been over since October. Until yesterday! I hate to be like this, but god damn....if you can't handle giving your kids a bedtime (on school nights especially) then yeah, maybe they should be put in foster care. I'm sorry that I am not sorry for saying that.

Are you going to have your grandkids stay the night when they behave like that in a apt complex on a weekday again?????TRY ME!!!!

Their dad needs to get a vasectomy!!

I can empathise Stawr, I have my first neighbour from hell for the last 6 years. It totally ruins your quality of life. I hope you get it sorted out soon and that the children are protected.

Thank you Voix!

I have not been sleeping good since Friday.

Sometimes on the weekend I will go to my parents and take allergy pills to finally get enough sleep. I might need to do that this weekend.

I am so sick of being on edge not knowing if I'll be disturbed or when I'll be disturbed again. Can't always pick our neighbors but living distance and SPACE can certainly help matters!

If it wasn't for multitasking wedding planning and teaching I would be tunnel visioning on getting out of here now.

But it occurred to me that maybe I do want to push my self to multitask another thing. My lease is up in March. My wedding is at the end of June. Do I really want to deal with this so close to my wedding? I was thinking of staying in a hotel for more than two days before wedding but that is a tad ridiculous and expensive. I was thinking I could realistically start hunting in August (month after honey moon)

Part of why I don't want to wait for everything to be perfect for the wedding is so that I can focus on moving this year. Even if I can only have 25 guests with the current state order. I need to move on with my life.

My fiancé is p1$$ poor at long term goals like these. He is great with money...but he has lacked social awareness of the consequences of taking so long to move on to a new living place when another person besides himself is involved in the matter. Is it worth it to him to wait for everything to be perfect when I totally resent him in the present day?? Like he is shocked that he is experiencing a consequence of me living in the same place with him for almost 5 years now. A place I view as a practice living together place. Or retired people that see going down stairs to do laundry and paying for it, is "going out" and don't mind.

For all the **** I've been through, our next place better be damn good! It better be "this is why I had to go through all of this crap. Everything had to happen for a reason in order for the timing of everything to lead me up to this dream house."

It's so frustrating when people our age make less than us, and have debts but have HAVE AN ACRTUAL HOUSE AND WE DON'T. And meanwhile we are stuck in what feels like some sort of adolescence.

I understand that if we would of moved when we originally talked about we would have way less options. Because we both have new careers we have way more options now.

He is still indecisive AF about the direction we need to go. I can't take it anymore. To the point where I quote Mitch from the movie waiting and say "Wahh I don't know what I wanna be when I grow up. JOIN THE ****ING ARMY OR SOMETHING. God damn!"

He travels all the time now. But he wants to be an on site tech. But he keeps changing his mind of where and when. HE wants to do MORE WAITING. Hell no. He wants me to wait for something that is not guaranteed. He wants me to wait for something he hasn't even tried to do...he wants me to wait for him to change his mind and just go with it 100 more times?

I can't take anymore indecisiveness. I am starting to understand...and cannot help but see it as a red flag sometimes. Is he going to be like this my whole damn life with him?!

I told him if he still doesn't have his life figured out by the time the honey moon has passed, we still need to move on to something better. Townhouse, condo, rental house etc. But with what I've seen in this relationship so far will we be stuck not owning property for another 5 years?

Uhhhgh.

Okay I actually THINK her grandkids are gone tonight. Thank you for hearing me out. I have felt dead all day, and am getting necrotic. I think I'll have a bowl of reefer and see what happens.

Basically if I am POed at my neighbors I am POed at my fiancé.

Oh yeah the 7 year old's don't come around anymore. It's been a toddler lately. I think just because so many people outside of me were on her case with the 7 year old kids. The manager was even on her case about the kids not being in school. The kid I hear now sounds very little that I've been hearing this week. Under 3 maybe.

I really need to try to stick to a simple diet, and not make things like chili. Also, after this attempting to bake a few things, I need to use gluten-free flour. I was feeling fine, until I ate some chili, and ended up just being sick, because my stomach hardly ever handles it.

I've been taking colostrum powder in a little bit of yogurt, first thing, and have a couple of books that I'm getting recipes out of, for soup and smoothies. I also have things like Pedialyte's rehydration drink, and another one that I prefer - I drink that when I'm dehydrated, or really thirsty, and trying to avoid it. I feel good otherwise, just tired (relaxed). If I take an epsom salt bath, I can handle more water. (Ice water, even though they say not to drink that - it works better for me, most of the time.)

@Stawr, I just seen your reply. I really can empathise. I am now at the complete end of my rope about it. I'm actually going to have to complain about the local authority for negligence. Never in my life.

I can't wait until Pluto moves the hell away from my 3H Venus, although then it'll hit my IC. Dreading it.

Sorry I don't have anything more constructive or helpful to say. I'm really ground down with this. Glad I'm not alone though I hope things get better for both of us soon.

@Teasel, I struggle with food also (IBS and lactose intolerance). It sucks not being to just eat without thinking.

I don't know if this helps, but I had a lot of stomach problems from stock. I now use one that is free of every irritant and allergen. It's by Masel. You can get it on Amazon, maybe other places too. Here's a link:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Massel-Vegetable-Stock-Bouillon-Powder/dp/B00V6IV3J2/ref=asc_df_B00V6IV3J2/?tag=googshopuk-21&linkCode=df0&hvadid=310810202345&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=617811 7648370822083&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=1007381&hvtargid=pla-591584758259&psc=1

Epsom salt baths are great. I find they really help with the bloating and pain if I've messed up with something I've eaten.

Ah, of course. This will be why the Epsom salt baths help. I'll maybe get some magnesium supplements and see if that helps too. Thanks for your help Vansio

Thank you so much! Sometimes saying that is better than getting advice like “have you tried just thinking positive thoughts?” Lmao

Wishing for a proactive outcome for your situation.

Oh man I truly emphasize with people having the Pluto square with their moon and Venus. Especially last year when so many Capricorn planets joined Pluto.
Right, Pluto is shifting away! 3 degrees away from my sun sign now! Woot woot! 25 degrees!

I’m at a place now where I’ve pretty much done everything I can. So I just smoke a bowl and have wine and tune out the noise with the TV.

Wait for their lease to be up(still a mystery)
And do what I can to work on my vibration.

Venus exactly squaring my Sun today plus Pluto I’m just letting my self chill out at home the rest of the day.

Thank you for understanding! Yeah, I know what you mean. The positive thought movement really gets your goat when you've been psychologically battered to the point where you don't know what day it is Sometimes misery just wants bloody company!

Yeah, sometimes I put music on or watch a documentary with headphones in, but sometimes you just have this insatiable need for silence. I'd be in heaven on an uninhabited island.

What type of noise is it you are having to deal with from your neighbour?

Cheers to a bloody company with a celery stalk sticking out of the glass!

When I first made a FB status about it, while people were really just trying to help me keep the peace. I did not like getting advice of "buy noise canceling headphones" because I felt like they were saying: you just keep being the better person while everyone else just keeps being an arsehole. Accommodate all the rude arseholes.

Why should I have to spend my time and money for people who refuse to follow the apartment quiet hours??

Errrmmmm thank you, but no thank you. I want justice. I want them to be held accountable.
I usually can't stand people who complain about noises in apartments. In the past when I first moved out after high school. I got broom tapped for running across the room at 7:50pm. I think that was ridiculous but yeah, I stopped running after the broom taps. (oh and you would hear them fight in the mornings)
When I visited a guy I use to see, we got told to turn down our music. It was 2 in the afternoon!(we would hear her kid throw fits)
While I did not agree with either person's complaints...I still respected their wishes.

I have documents from August. I think I first experienced being woken up by them in 2017. I would usually go "wow" and go back to sleep. But in 2020 it really escalated, and enough was enough.

I have documents from August 2020-Jan 2021 in the notes of my phone.
8/18/20:I hear screaming outside and playing around 10pm. I hear them come in around 11pm. One of the boys is banging on the windows. Grandma yells at them to stop. The thudding noises wake me up around midnight. By 1am I bang down the broom 10 times in a row to signal quiet. It quiets down but I still hear thuds around 2am.

(I learned later that other people complain about them playing outside at night. I use to wonder about that)

9/10/20: talk with Grandma. Tells me that people above her complained and knows it's not the other person across from me. She requests that I talk to her first. I comply and agree to texting her and broom tapping. I send a text message after 10pm that her grandkids are too loud. After 10:30 I do broom taps. Kid starts barking like a dog. Broom tap again at 11:38 when I hear "running elephant stomps"

(by the way I hate when older people try to make me out like I'm immature for not saying everything to their face. I've dealt with this before. I did say something to her face years ago when she asked me if her kids are too loud. I told her I get woken up sometimes and wonder why they are knocking on the walls at night?
It's like you know that you ain't acting right! "Talk to me first" is code for don't tell on me and shut up, and let me still be a horrible person.
Because the second time I texted her she text me "don't tell me what to do" I have evidence and sent that to manager too! LOL thanks for giving me more evidence/documents!)

10/23/20: One of the twin boys is outside with no socks or shoes on around 7:40 when it's dark outside with just his brother.
(It had to be around 50 degrees that night) (Sorry that is more neglect than noise.)

I found of from the maintenance man that Grandma was asked not to come back when her lease was up. But who knows when that is? Why didn't I ask?!

I complained some more. This month. This time it is with a child who is not school age. Sounds like a toddler. I complained to maintenance again. This time non emergency police said this is not something for them, and that it is for my apartment manager.

I really hit a wall with it. I really do not want to move until after wedding stuff. It's difficult enough to multitask teaching and wedding planning. I don't want to deal with a move in my free time.
I'm at a...I just need to finish this up and wait for this whole thing to blow over. I drink wine and smoke a bowl at night, I sleep with the TV on now.

Also feng shui. I placed some more hematites and black tourmalines at the front entrance, and they seem to shut up at night now. Crazy right?

What kind of noises are you dealing with?

Wow, venting can work miracles! Right after I posted that, the first guy called back and a friend texted back with a second number.
Edit: okay, maybe ‘miracle’ is the wrong word... he called to say he could probably make it over here this afternoon, but might not be till tomorrow. Long walk it is, I guess.

Think I’m realizing I don’t want a relationship at this moment in time. Something clicked in mind just now, had me observing the impression that lay behind the superficial desire, how hope / inspiration tries to incite supposed-lack. I’d be open to dating, going on dates and giving others undivided attention there, but the scene would be mechanical, like plain exercise, socially and physically. only for the cuddles and enjoyment, never think or anticipate anything more than what the moment offers, which should be obvious affections.

From a feminist perspective, pleased when on the receiving end, that’s it. Any other energy would go towards self by self.

Not many men/people (at my age; outside LL) have built spiritual foundations to support their material fixations so it’s pointless to invest in any One person without outstanding evidence of their “trade”. God first imo

« The Golden dawn 4th knowledge lecture states; " Empress =The Wisdom of Understanding, the Union of the powers of Origination and Production; the Sphere of the Zodiac acting through Venus upon Saturn. " and " Emperor =The Wisdom of Sovereignty and Beauty, and the originator of them; the Sphere of the Zodiac acting through Aries upon the Sun, and initiating Spring. "

Astrologically, the Empress is about Saturn (structure, order, form - needed for many things from the development of a child before and after birth all the way through to running an empire BUT through the qualities of Venus ( subtle, grace, understanding, charm, persuasion, using the forces of nature, etc . ) . "»

Or, another way to say this: I’m three days into a water fast, not hungry whatsoever
