I've had a really productive morning, since I got up before dawn, settled in to start the new season of a show, that I'd been waiting to start, until I felt good enough to start. Now my dad has asked me to message my aunt in England, because it looks like she tried to call him, so now I'm really anxious. She still hasn't responded, so that's not good.

Dad had another fall on Monday, he has a black eye matching the one he got in April, when he had a worse fall. It bled a little bit, but wasn't shooting blood like the last time.

He's also not been getting as much work, for almost two weeks now. Good in that he needs a break, and it's been nice having company. Bad, because we need the money.

Anxiety all over the place, please let this missed call be a false alarm.

I live with economic anxiety, every single day. I wonder what it’s like to be able to just relax, because you know that your bills and mortgage are covered easily. Food, too. That’s been our entire life.

One of my dad’s co-workers is on a ventilator. They tried to take him off it twice, but that didn’t work out.

I’m doing better than the last time I posted here.

I still miss my brother, but I suppose I get to live with that feeling. I know he’s still around, in his own way, and that does comfort me.

I totally relate.
Somehow the government thinks two physically disabled people can live on $180 a month in food stamps👽🤬
There is no money left from our monthly disability income to buy more food and cannot buy all the other things except on credit and so our debt rises by $100s a month. Forget following doctor's orders to eat the right things when amm we can afford is rice and such. Yet their diets would cost at least $600 or more a month for two people👽👽👽 Not on $180 a month food budget it just is not going to happen.Forget fixing house or furnace or anything like getting all the things we need as a two person physically handicapped household.
Forget figuring out how to get a car we can depend on instead of our almost 20 year old rust bucket. Tired of fighting multiple types of cancers for about 4 years now to date, Tired of all things medical so exhausted and mostly bed bound and idiots think physical therapy would help but it has only crippled me more.
Okay already way to gloom and doom and freezing and in too much pain to sleep good and tired of wearing hats coats gloves and even boots to bed. On that note am freezing going to try to re-bundle and sleep awhile.

Wishing for better times for us and everyone here at Lindaland 💙❤️😎

My dad has the beginning of cataracts, and he drives for a living. I’m so done.
