Unfortunately, they are degrees The widest I used was 4 deg. Your harmonic moon conjuncts my natal descendant by 1 degree. I have it at the galactic center at 27' Sagittarius.

It's an interesting concept that galactic center, isn't it.

Wow yes, I also have 11h. Sun 26 aries, 11h.Jupiter 26 Libra, and 11h.Saturn 27Aqu and 11h. Chiron 27 Cap. And the guy has Pluto on 27 Gemini and Neptune on 27 Aries, plus we both have some other asteroids etc on those two degrees and I have a natal vertex 26 Taurus.

I was reading about the galactic center here http://www.zanestein.com/galactic_center.htm
and its significance to the discovery of the centaurs, Chiron and Elatus. He says that the North Node of Elatus is at 27 Gemini, so that would make your natal descendant conjunct the South Node of Elatus. No....he was after my husband...after meeting this guy, I realized I'd never felt love before!
We are still friends, I stopped talking to him about a year ago because I wanted to move on. He was still my best friend even after our relationship had failed.
Having him as my best friend and daily in my life, even though it was long distance, made it to hard to move on.

I think they're quite strong. Mercury/Neptune Moon/Mercury and Moon/Mercury/Uranus also add to telepathy, if you have any aspect between those.
