The 11th is very internal, so maybe it is too deep and subtle to be "in your face". Maybe it has to be channelled through the 1st harmonic - the basic natal chart.
Or just takes some more time to wake up (through progressions, transits, first meeting charts maybe?)

It made me laugh actually our 11th harmonic composite has an ASC on 11 Sag (boy I need to recalculate cause that composite CAN`T be true. Too creepy, for real! Especially with the outers there - later more)

I find that nteresting, cause natally he has Mars on 11 Virgo, and I have Jupiter on 11 Pisces, which is an opposition of our chartrulers (Aries intercepted in his 1st house).

Depends what you are using them for.

If you want to know if a certain aspect is present in your natal, you can use an orb of 11 degrees, but ONLY for conjunctions (other aspects are virtually meaningless - well almost).

These would indicate that there is an exact 11th harmonic aspect in our natal.
