The Moon on each others IC and MC is very very strong as well, but it reminds me somehow of a family connection.

Connections to his 5th house ruler Venus and Mars are completely lacking.

his DESC-ruler, while having multiple and strong aspects, seems to not be activated by any of her identity-planets.

opposite her Mars

rulers of her
12th house, 3rd house
6th house
10th house

I do think however this is a strong synastry as well.
Especially for a friendship, being close friends actually, I mean these Moon-conjunctions look outstanding.

Here's why I thought the Cancer was the clingy one.

- Cancer SUN and ASC
- Virgo VALENTINE, 12H VENUS
- 12th ruler in 1H (conjunct 6R)
- SATURN conjunct NNODE in Virgo
- CHIRON in 10H

All these pointed to a fragile person, quite Watery (Neptunian) and sensitive, perhaps having some kind of issue with work and career. I thought the Cap maybe liked to take her under his wing (although the age difference did put me off a little ...) and help her through with these things, because :

- his CERES conjunct her CHIRON
- his IC and her MC close, maybe even pulled together by >
- her MOON conjunct his IC
- his MOON conjunct her MC

Plus, they have a nice SUN/MOON/ASC resonance :

- his signs altogether (houses included) : Aries, Aries, Gem, Sag, Cap
- her signs altogether (houses included) : Aries, Aries, Cancer, Cancer, Cap

Their bond also seemed strong because :

But finishing here:
-the second major clue for me here is the extensive, over-extensive aspects to the nodes and angles. The impact is major and very supportive. I mean, I think the entire Leo 9th house supports the inner Node. And an MC Venus Uranus (No depression here either, IMO) conj the ASC of an Uranus/SN, which is a strong indication for an influence happening in early age. And the resonance is very strong. I won’t even mention the so many other goodies there, this was enough for me for the “verdict”
An Uranus connection for an Aqua stellium on SN.

My second thought before looking at the first chart beyond the nodal conjunction was at the description of the writer. Two people came to mind, I thought who else could it be, but Cioran (I knew he was an Aries though) or….better, with whom will a prodigy young lady resonate best when it comes to what she described if not for l'enfant terrible de la poésie française et voilà everything was simple after that ( I didn’t know his placements though)

Their shared 12th house / Neptune energy, and another type of mentorship, of the gloomy kind, Saturn on MC must have been responsible for their bond.
