I've been absent from the thread but had the knack at popping back in at the right time I guess. It's ok. Sad, but sometimes things just are. Yes, I'm closer to the inner (aries), though I wasn't distant from the sag. There's more to that story such as the sag always being there financially for the aries even if they had to hide it from the new spouse. Things happen and I've certainly not been an angel in my life so I have no hard feelings about it. The ONLY thing I feel now is just that it's like a weight that holds the aries down. I'd like to see them break free of that weight but they also seem to get some kind of comfort from hanging on. So it is what it is and I don't question. IP: Logged |

2 gentlemen, the same lady. Which is which? One chart is long-term unrequited love from the part of the gentleman. The lady doesn't see him as her type, she is not attracted romantically and physically. Eventually, the gentleman distanced himself; they occasionally meet and are good friends, but that energy is still in the air. One question here would be: why the difference, why unrequited (astrologically)? Another chart is long-term mutual love and attraction. How is this love? ------------------ I seem to have loved you in numberless forms...

I say... the unrequired love is chart no 2. I don't see any energy over 1st or 7th house. Saturn very close to the IC is no no to me. Sun over 12th house as well. Especially from the IC. Would make me very uncomfortable.IP: Logged |

People have different needs so it's not a good idea to judge it from your point of view. Try to look at it through the eyes of the chart in question instead.------------------ Anomaling around since 1911. IP: Logged |

AA, you gonna guess this time? It's a hard puzzle, because both synastries are good. IP: Logged |

Thank you! quote: Originally posted by LeeLoo2014: The first strong indication the Taurus must be the "favored" daughter in early years is that she is the youngest. This is the typical scenario, it rarely happens for the first or older child to be the protegee. I know of several situations in my family too and that protective vibe happening with the younger has nothing to do with the synastry, it happens despite and even if there is a poor match in personalities.
Great, it's always best to combine psychology with astrological analysis, they should work together
quote: Originally posted by LeeLoo2014: Moon in the 5th is an important marker, although tricky, since Moon sits on 5th cusp, and this could also indicate having children at an earlier age. The whole analysis is tricky, because when you find a marker for your story in one sister, next you find a contradictory one. But as I said, half of the answer for me came from the dynamics of older sister - young sister. Adler has a great description of sibling psychology based on the position in the age "hierarchy". However, looking at the synastry with the Taurus (which is quite tense) we can see some indicators of "protective mother" in her case: Mother Moon/ASC in her 10th (the mother house, and an overlay indicating Moon protects the 10th) making a fixed cross with mother's Venus on daughter angles, involving her Sun stellium as well, and mother's Moon/Pluso fixed opposition, an opposition that generally makes for a potential "smothering" mother and here it is strongly activated by the daughter's angles and Sun stellium. This was the stronger astrological indication for me, coupled with Saturn/Uranus conj Mars/Moon and the nodal contacts. Cancer daughter touches the fixed opposition with Jupiter only, a "rebel" planet in this case, while in the case of the Taurus, the fixed cross is the most significant situation in the synastry and makes the difference here.
FASCINATING analysis!!! quote: Originally posted by LeeLoo2014: The synastry with the Cancer daughter is pretty great and I hope they all finally get to find peace and harmony
Thank you, I hope so too! IP: Logged |

Wow, you're spot on. Great catch on Pluto-Uranus's impact in her 5H, and the Nodal Axis's influence on the relationship! quote: Originally posted by Faith: ^^ This is the Cancer.* Gave an impression of "being able to handle it" -> Scorpio ASC, 8H sun, Aries moon with its dispositor Mars conjunct Pluto, domicile Cap Saturn * Spent much of her time at school -> 9H stellium including NN and Uranus, also her Jupiter conjunct her mother's moon * Chiron in the 3H, the house of siblings * 5H moon makes a good mother, along with Ceres-Vesta in the 6H * Still talks to her mom because of the Venus-Saturn conjunction
Brilliant. The Pluto/Scorpio vibe definitely shows with this person, and even overrides her Cancer Sun very often. quote: Originally posted by Faith: It was hard for me to NOT pick the Cancer as the early favorite, since they are sweet and I just imagine everyone wanting to cuddle them. Plus nobody usually thinks of Cancers as strong and independent...though, they should...because Cancers are often that way. But then, mainly the Cancer's 9H stellium and the Taurus' 5H planets clinched it for me.
Yes, once you get past the Scorpio AC and the 8H/Pluto influence, you reach the Cancer who people would want to cuddle. The Taurus has 4 important placements in Taurus, the "baby of the zodiac" as per Linda Goodman (Sun, Mercury, Moon and Mars), and in her case it seems to manifest as someone who needs to be constantly taken care of. quote: Originally posted by Faith: Great test ~ thanks, SaturnFan!

Not good at this, and basing it only on a few placements, but here's my vote: quote: Originally posted by LeeLoo2014: 2 gentlemen, the same lady. I'm not very good at this. I'm feeling that the bottom chart is unrequited love. In large part due to the condition of her moon and Venus.

My initial thought was the Cappy was the unrequited one, but the more I look at the charts the less certain I am. What I Find interesting though, no matter what the result, is that in both cases there is a conjunction of 5th and 8th house ruler, just in reverse. IP: Logged |

Caps rooting for a Cap....what a surprise!! Let's see... The "winner" (mutual love and bungabunga) could be: Virgo (1st chart) Rosalind, SaturnFan, DopGang, Ceri (maybe) or Capricorn (2nd chart) Faith, Aunt Anomalia, Someday Soon Anyone else would like to make a guess?
Speak now or forever hold your peace (or piece? peas(in the rain)? p.iss ? which is it? I mean it! ) So far, the vote seems to go to Virgo. ------------------ I seem to have loved you in numberless forms...
