I was looking to see which author would more profoundly impact your IC and 4H. The Leo's Logos and Juno fall into your 4H...not enough to make that kind of impact. The Libra puts Jupiter, Chiron, and Pallas into your 4H. That's enough to make a huge impact.

Then the other details fall into place as follows:

Libra
* "She was the person whose words I resonated the most with when I was a child -- having nobody else to turn to, on top of it..." -> Libra's moon falls into your 1H, suggesting that the Libra may appear primarily in a motherly/moon capacity

- This is where all my doubt about my guess is concentrated, as the Leo's sun-moon is right on your NN, and your Saturn is on the Leo's NN.

Yet, this is a temporary influence? If my guess is right, the only way I can downgrade the influence to temporary is by noting how the Leo puts nothing except the DSC into your 9H. Also the Leo's Elatus is in the 11H (house of Aquarius) conjunct your sun, giving a SN vibe to the way the Leo inspired you.

I can see why you might want to "shake off" the Leo, because the Leo's Saturn opposes your moon-Neptune and may clash with your imaginative strengths.

The Moon on each others IC and MC is very very strong as well, but it reminds me somehow of a family connection.

Connections to his 5th house ruler Venus and Mars are completely lacking.

his DESC-ruler, while having multiple and strong aspects, seems to not be activated by any of her identity-planets.

trine her Mercury-Jupiter
opposite her Mars

rulers of her
12th house, 3rd house
6th house
10th house

I do think however this is a strong synastry as well.
Especially for a friendship, being close friends actually, I mean these Moon-conjunctions look outstanding.

The 1st chart from first glance looks more appealing as the happy marriage. Male Taurus Moon, Conjunct Female Taurus Saturn + Juno.
Moon conjunct Saturn is one type of glue, the conjunct can extend the period of the union and Taurus being fixed, adds additional union time (years).

Her 7th house ruler (Uranus) Trines his Venus in Aqua which is a nice fit, Her Venus-Jupiter conj sextiles his Sun + squares his Venus. (Jupiter is her 5th ruler). Mars (her 4th) trine his Sun. Neptune (Her 8th) opposite his Moon.

His Mars (7th) opposite Pluto could be bad news. Venus (8th) aspects her Venus-Jupiter as said before.

Her chart looks like someone who is very Career driven. Saturn in 10th conjunct MC, perfect place for Saturn to do his thing. That 1st/2nd house focus can give the lady energy to get ahead. Moon in 6th house too.

He seem like someone who has strong opinions, could travel a bit but has deep feelings and she may not have been able to meet his needs.

The second chart looks interesting.

The guy has Cancer ASC with Moon in Cap in 7th. He must desire a close relation. Her Saturn places in his 1st, and opposites his Moon.

Her Mercury-Venus Opposite his Venus-Mars could cause fireworks but also much different tastes. Possibly her feeling the fireworks more than him.

She has Pluto Rx in 10th house, Mars in 1st, both conjunct their Angles. Mars squares his Sun, which can be irritating or invigorating. Her Jupiter on his MC looks interesting, she could be very appealing to him (the queen his desires).

Sun trine Sun is a strong aspect by itself. Her Sun+Moon fall in his 7th, conjunct his moon. Moon conjunct Moon is a strong indicator of long marriage, as the individuals feel fully understood. But the faults are doubled.

Overall:

It's a tough call here, I can see why both couples got together in the first place. Both had the potential for long-lasting love and unity; but only one is still surviving.

I'm going to say purely on the fact the second chart has Moon conjunct Moon in 7th house that is this the happy marriage.

1st chart --> Divorced Couple.
2nd chart --> Happy Marriage.
