its funny to me that women can vent this stuff and nobody tells them to "be a man", lol.people are generally very understanding and supportive of love-sick women in distress. nobody here seems to have the slightest clue what it means to be a man who feels this deeply,

HSC for a Scorp you remind me so much of your square.. the Leo. In love with love.. when love lets you down you feel as though there is no love in the world. Unloved.. alone... There are differences, as I have found, between the Leo, the Scorpion and the Tauran. Leo demands your loyalty along with love. But they give as good as they get, if not more. The Scorpion demands your loyalty of soul "You belong to me, more than body and forget material goods.. it is your soul that I desire..and it is my soul I may give" Taurus "I own you..... you may own me but never forget you are my material good and I will treat you as such" Sorry.... I have more affection for Leo (of course) and Scorp men (so many of my darling family happens to be Scorps) but I have less respect for many 'UN-evolved" Taurus men... But.. here on LL I have met more Bulls that are wonderful that in the real "offline: world". HSC.. it always takes time to find our other half. I wasn't telling you to "be a man". I was reminding you that you didn't have to battle your friends. I'm pretty sure you whacked Ghani into a ditch back there. I know you are emotionally upset. I can always tell. You start picking fights. That's what men do. They feel better if they conquer something. You do it with intellect. It goes on for a while until your heart opens again and then you feel terrible about your behavior. It's my job to hand you the flashlight. Even if you smack it out of my hand a few times. It's durable. I've dealt with much bigger a-holes than you could ever be. Make that, than you WOULD ever be. I'm sure you are intelligent enough to be a much bigger a-hole if that was your intention. I'm tired though. So take the damn thing and hold it. Be a man! lol (I was just saying earlier that you can deal with the tough stuff emotionally and I admire that skill and I know you want to use it to help others.)

for not having found a satisfying relationship by now. you and zala have the right idea. i just wish it wasnt so necessary for me. friggin retro-venus in scorpio conjunct my sun,
and moon conjuct ascendant ruling the 7th...
I can't get any security (moon) or fulfill my purpose (sun) w/o love. I think the Leo Jupiter has a part, too.

I'm sorry to hear you're going through a rough time, Steve, and Mel, I had no idea, honey!! I hope you both feel better, and everyone else who's feeling down. (((HUGS)))I really think the Venus Retrograde period's doing a number on us, adding to whatever stresses we already have, but while we vent about it, let's not give in to it!! I'm going to start another thread, in an attempt to get us all to move out of this funk toward the positive. Frankly, it saddens me to see this thread get constantly bumped up, and all other threads with a negative title, including the one I'd started a few weeks ago. So I'm going to start a thread where I'd like to invite you to come to try to feel better. It may not be much, but it's a little feng shui around here.. and besides, I firmly believe in the LOA. Let's draw a happier mindset to ourselves.. I'm going to title the thread "Hope".. and I hope you will join me there..

I have the same moon/Ascendant/Descendant problem and I'm a Libra with a Libra Venus. Talk about being miserable without love and a partner...Oh Zala, so you are one of those crazies who fancies themselves unusual or eclectic or different from the rest. yep, me too and everyone else here. we're all crazies, i tell ya. (oh lookie the cap usage when i am expounding on my philosophy of choice and then the liiiittle letters when i decide i'm just crazy. guess I have to believe in my insanity to have any self esteem at all, so YAAAAAAY INSANITY) right
