*sigh*

I do agree with you on this, but I fear we are fighting a losing battle.

Well, that's me and LL for today.

See you all later. Leaving with a profound thought:

PA,

"I think I pretty much said it before. Walking together talking - through the city at night - I love the city at night with all the lights - and just talking -"
That`s so funny. When I read the question about how the perfect date woul be, I stopped a moment, closed my eyes and could see myself walking together with someone in a big City, London actually, at night.
And then I opened up my eyes and read your reply.

But I guess I`d prefer walking along a river (yes, even in a city. lol) or through not so crowded streets, maybe even discovering something neither of us has ever seen before. It would probably be a bookshop, that would still be opened at night, an old theatre or an old cinema.
Mmph, yes, if my imagination starts, it tends to get pretty detailed.

Vince Vaughn. Funny funny guy. He's a couple of days older than me so we have interesting synastry.

DD

Maybe we are soulmates and we should just date each other. Lets go for a walk through London and stop at some bookshops, catch a movie and just see where the evening takes us. Sounds perfect. I know for sure the conversation will be fascinating. See, all bases covered.

Well, that makes sense. There's nothing girly about him. And he's not a serious thespian. So, I can see he wouldn't appeal to you as a man or actor.

I think he's nice. We'd get on really well together - on a humour level, I think.

He would be so much fun. I'd love to meet him. I'd really love to be friends with him.

Aww, PA. You're so sweet.

I have to admit i think he can be funny. I watch the Wedding Crashers the other day (roommate forced me) and it wasn't that bad. For being a movie snob, i have to admit he can be quite comical.

But yes, i can see why you would like him. A man who can make you laugh would steal your heart. Plus he seems comfortable with who he is. Fits in his own skin. No Man-who-wants-you-to-mother-him going on with Vince.

Very sweet.

What happened to him? I know he's still around, but he never really lived up to all the hype about him.

I think the most interesting thing about him is that he was married to Emma Thompson. Love her.

I thought you would have liked Kenneth, PA.

No. Don't care for Rufus. As a person or an actor. I feel like he plays the same person over and over.

Unattractive to me as well.

Why, do you like him?

Too late!

LOL

I read that first. I only said thanks to Nightjar for pointing out it was a Noon chart. It makes it astrologically redundant as a question. And my astrological answer useless.

But common sense should answer it anyway.

No need for me to bang on, Virgo Mask says what I think about it. So I told her it wasn't just her (who thought discussing it in the first place was inappropriate). Her astrological reply about flowing charts was good. Her answer about fantastic charts with lots of blue not guaranteeing anything in marriage is right up there, too.

I thought you may go there first. Those Tom Cruise comments are eliciting a very big "WTF???????????" from me. If someone is so willing to believe the tabloids as a genuine news source, oh, well, I have no words there. The, umm, going down, statement was just a bit too much. I feel I want to reply, but I wouldn't know where to start and suspect it would be a waste of time and energy anyway. Ridiculous thread.

On to better things. I really like the pic of Sean you posted last night. I'm sure I've said before - that is a really nice shade of blue on him. I wouldn't have picked blue as a colour for him - but it works nicely. I like a nice, we call them jumpers, but Americans say sweaters, on guys. Jude does the body hugging sweater/jumper thing nicely. I'm sure they are "jumpers" in the UK too. Just thinking back to Bridget Jones's Diary when Mark is wearing the reindeer one at the beginning. Funny movie. Made me laugh. Love the very last line - unexpected and funny.

There's a Sun-Venus thread in Astro forum. Which I thought was interesting. I did a Sun and Venus check in astrotheme to see who has their Sun conjunct my Venus or Venus conjunct my Sun. Sean is one of them. Nice rapport.

No. I think when I was younger and he was in that hype phase where he was directing, writing, starring in everything I could see his talent. But overkill. Have never been personally drawn to him.

I haven't seen enough of Rufus onscreen to know if he plays repeats his characterisations. I think he has nice eyes. But that's it. I liked him in Tristan & Isolde. And he was a good cad in The Holiday. Another one that has no real appeal to me.

I do like Vince Vaughn, though.
