We have seen Draconic Charts be effective by shifting the True Node to 0 Aries. Some knowflakes found value in a Pluto 0 chart by shifting Pluto to 0 Aries and seeing where the shifted panets conjunct their Natal.
I went further ad shifted every planet to 0 Aries to capture any particular conjunction to Natal that is triggered in a transit. Nothing clicked in that exercise except Pluto Shift to 0 Aries. Then I realzied that in mathematical astrology, Pluto rules Aries, hence the Aries 0 may have been effective. Saturn is more astrologically potent. So I decided to shft Saturn to 0 Capricorn and tabulate the results.

The results are extraordinary.

In my case, Natal Saturn is 14.25 Leo.
Once shifted to 0 Capricorn, my Saturn Shifted [SS] Sun becomes 18.4 Scorpio. This conjuncts my wife's Saturn in 17 Scorpio.
This is also my daughter's exact Draconic Sun. And mine and wife's Draconic Composite Jupiter, exact 18.3 Scorpio. This is all the more significant because both our kids have Jupiter and Saturn trine in natals, and Sun aspect Saturn. It is like an unfoldment from my Saturn Shift Chart merged with my wife's Draconic Chart....

Now, my SS Ascendant becomes 28.5 Leo, conjunct REGULUS, plus connects me karmically to Atlantis as per Kriyananda's theory.
Tr Mars conjunct SS-Ascendant has always provided evident transformational events.
Composite of my wife's natal and my chart has Comp Sun in 1 degree Virgo, quite close to the SS Ascendant!

28.5 Leo is one degree short of my Natal super stellium at 27 Leo involving ISIS-OSIRIS-ALEXANDRA-WISDOM.

SS Moon becomes 23 Aquarius. When we sold our mom's ancestral home after decades, Tr Jupiter was on 18.4 Scorpio and Transit Sun on 23 Aquarius.
My daughter's Draconic Jupter is 24 Aquarius.

SS Pluto becomes 27 Aquarius. This conjuncts the midpoint of mine and wife's Natal tropical Ascendants, plus conjuncts our tropical composite Venus.

SS Venus is 4 Libra, sextile my wife's tropical Venus and just 2 degrees short of my wife's Draconic Venus, and 2 degrees short of daughter's Natal Venus. [This means my wife's Draconic Venus exactly conjuncts my daughter's natal Venus... but we already know that Draconic Charts work precisely ]

SS Mars is 29.5 Virgo, the South Node Axis in Draconic Charts. This also conjuncts me and my wife's Draconic Composite VALENTINE.

Again, these are just the tips of many icebergs. There is a tangible connection of Saturn Shift Charts to SR Charts.
In 2008-2009 SR Chart, SR Moon conjuncts SS True Node and SR Ascendant conjuncts SS Venus in 4 Libra exact.
This year is my daughter's ( who was "surpisingly" conceived) birth year and in the natal her Venus conjuncts my SS Venus

I strongly feel that karmic transits will occur powerfully in major conjunctions of Tropical, Draconic and Saturn Shift Charts.
And useful SR Events can be timed using all 3 charts mentioned above. I did not check for Asteroids apart from Valentine and Karma in these as the functionality is mainly for planetary energies.

Conclusion: Let us make the Saturn Shift Chart for personal planets and Ascendants, then note down events that occur when Sun transits these points in the year to assess its impact. It can be more potent than other transits.

I think your idea with 0 Cap is great, even though I guess many people would discuss if Pluto rules Aries or not. I think this comes from Tobey, right?

the Merging of Saturn and moon based charts in the relationship to your wife is very itneresting; Moon and Saturn are very intervowen anyway, ruling Cancer and Capricorn. And I think there was even a similiarity in their moving around the Sun, wasn`t it?
Wasn`t it 28 days for the Moon and 28 years for Saturn?

Oh one more thought, we shift the Nodes to 00 Aries, too, and the Nodes have lunar / Moon symbolism.
But then again, in this case we start from the Nodes and not the point of the moon itself. Is that a difference? What do you think?

EDIT:
Just to get clear about the calculation, your Saturn-arc (270-134) would be about 136.
And this arc of 136 is added to every planet / asteroid to reach the Saturnic position?

In my case this would be:

(270 - 107), so my Saturnic Arc is 163.
Adding 163 to 247 (my natal ASC) I end up at 410, which is equal to 50° and therefore 20 Taurus?
LOL this falls on Paulīs Moon-Juno-conjunction from 19 - 21 Taurus.
And opposes Andy`s and Paulīs Draco Eros on 21 Scorpio, and conjuncts Judeīs Lust on 21 Taurus.
Interesting.

My natal Karma is on 76, so the Saturnic Karma would be on 239°, is that right? That is cleary conjunct my own Valentine on 27 Scorpio and maybe also my Amor on 2 Sagittarius.
(It`s conjunct my colleague`s Suna nd Judeīs Mars on 29 Scorpio, Andyīs Dr Venus on 26 Scorpio and conjunct Paulīs Dr Sun on 0 Sag).

I am not sure I really identify with these placements. But maybe that is normal? For Lara, it would be easier to shift every object backwards by 118 degrees.

For VIG: Shift ahead 10 degrees.

For Diandra: Shift ahead 60 degrees.

For PeaceAngel: Shift backwards 128 degrees.

For RedStar: Shift ahead 56 degrees.

For yourself, shift forward 163 degrees. Simple, quincunx + 13 degrees. Your SS Sun conjuncts your Descendant, this could be a secret key to your mastery of analyzing karmic relationships.
For Paul: Shift back 40 degrees.

And good observation about the Moon and Saturn. Moon aspects could be twin flame clinchers in SS Charts.
Look at Paul's Moon exactly conjunct your SS Ascendant
And your SS Pluto conjunct his Mars [2 degree orb]. This is clear cut evidence.

People born with Saturn in 0 Capricorn will have SS Charts and Natal Charts exact. They are those who probably have their karmic lessons/triggers very obviously laid out for them.

I would take this theory further in synastry for twinflames. I would check a Venus 0 chart in 0 Taurus, a Lunar 0 Chart in 0 Cancer and a Solar 0 Chart in 0 Leo for twin flames. This will not work for ordinary couples, will click only for twin flames as twin flame astrological interconnections defy probability. And I will stick to just personal planets and Asc, I dont want to look into Asteroids just yet.

If this theory clicks, then those who dont have their birth times or lover's birthtimes can find a new trusted filter test for karmic relationship soulmates.

VIG and her twin flame have the EXACT SAME Saturn Shift Sun in 5.5 Leo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Theory stands proven, it will work only for twin flames.
I checked for Goober and her twin. His SS Pluto exactly conjuncts her SS Sun.
For another client, SS Sun of the guy = SS Ascendant of the girl = 11 Pisces. How cool is that?

On the 13th november Tr Sun is exact conjunct S-DESC, and I have been on a concert that day this year.
Actually I have been to concerts in this week of the year for the last 5 years or so. lol
Never noticed that before.

This year I have been going to London at the end of July, an when i started seriously packing and realizing that I WOULD go this time, Tr Sun was conjunct S-Moon.

Well, it is never REALLY clear cut, is it? I mean I see how strong it is, but I also see:

My S Moon conjunct Andy`s Karma and Jupiter (which falls on his S DESC).
my S Pluto conjunct Andy`s SAturn, Chiron and BML (and exact on our composite Moon on 22 PIsces, which just now is being transited by Uranus; and my SA Moon is also on 22 Pisces)
His S Sun conjunct my Pluto.

Or I am also seeing:
Jude`s S-Sun conjunct his natal Atlantis (on 21-22 Cancer ), which conjuncts my Vertex, Eros, Destinn and opposes my Sun-Moon-mp, and as I mentioned in an other thread, this seems significant, as transiting NN is just on that degree and will station and then change direction exact on my birthday!!!!!

Well, anyway, yes I admit it Paul`s Moon exact on my S ASC is something to chew on. Well, it somehow makes sense, though, my Moon is on his SN within 1 degree in natal.
But I was thinking more that it might signify "family-like relationships", more soulmates in a broader sense, but not necessarily the Yin-Yang of Twinflames?

The Venus-one seems very interesting to me, especially for those of us who seek a twinflame for a romantic and passionate relationship.

Saturn S cj's is karma/lessons.
Venus S cj's is pure love.

Anyone else agree?
I say this because i have an EXACT SV cj SV with my man and there are no lessons between us whatsoever. It is purely love. There is no challenge, no issues that are not stemming from past patterns, there is no blockage to us being together.
We just love - love - love.

No i bet you that the Saturn/Saturn cj is more problematic; it's a headache... it's love but it comes with karma to be finished.

that is exactly what I have been thinking!

That the Saturn charts are about lessons and maybe unfinished karma which has to be finished.

And htat the Venus charts are those who will be the most significant in this true love union between twinflames.

I also thouth that the lunar charts might have an emphasis on the emotional attachment and nurturing care, but not necessarily romantic, and the Solar ones, well, these are still puzzling me actually. Maybe it is about the SElf. But how exactly I don`t know.

But like you I feel the Venus ones to be about love, pure and simple.

Just look at that comparision between Paul and me for example; the Saturn and lunar chart seem to be very strong, especiall with that Moon-DESC DW, but the Venus one isn`t strong AT ALL.
And it makes sense to me, as we are not meant to be lovers, but still there is this attachment I feel.

I was a bit surprised though to find that Andy`s and my Venusian chart is relatively strong.

Even though the solar chart is definitely stronger. Actually it took my breath away.
So it is really important for me now to understand the essence and meaning of this chart.
