I wondered about Leo ascendant, last night. She reminds me of a Cancer with a Leo Moon. I know of a Sadge Sun/Aqua Moon who would go horse-riding whilst wearing pearl earrings, skiing, travelling all over the place... but I don't know her well.

We had an amazing aries ASC thread about 2 years ago which was started by a really lovely member called 23 (or maybe 21)

She would look at Kate and say Aries too!

Gypsee might have convinced me that she's an Aries Rising. I might concede but I want to see what it does to her 10th house and play with some degrees. I've asked Gypsee to post a pic of herself in here she put up in another thread (she's an Aries riser).

EDIT: Meh. Sigh. It puts her Sun in there since she's a Cappy and his Juno but not much else going on. No powerful conjunctions to explain that grand destiny unless her MC is near his Juno. That would make her an early Aries rising. Could we justify 3 Libra planets, one of which is Mars (her potential chart ruler) to be the influence for all the Venusian energy she radiates?

Like I said about 5 or 6 pages earlier, Aries Rising puts her chart ruler in Libra..which I personally consider significant enough. I still believe she looks strongly arien in general, though I agree its not really enough to explain her ascent. I would be looking for alot of William's planets falling into her 10th house.

hair is a symbol of (primal) energy.
It sais a lot about a society who tries to ban the hair completely. Especially if it just relates to one gender.

It makes completely sense that an Arien ASC wouldn´t "play along".
