Have to go - finish making dinner. Hopefully back in time to keep chatting. If not, at least it will be interesting reading when I get back. IP: Logged |

MVM- I talked to a old flame tonight(we have a habit of speaking once or twice a year randomly since we dissolved ties) and I just got a lovely/romanticish vibe from him...and its probably because he knows Im completely over him...so I asked the question does he love me? horary question...tell me what you think. I dont care either way if he doesnt but makes me curious because he was the first guy i ever loved. IP: Logged |

Hi!I probably won't be staying long, but thought I'd say hello anyway. Hope everyone's day was nice. Mine was pretty decent. Got to sit in my pajamas for half the day, and I played music with a couple guys tonight. Spunk, I slept ok. I did have to get up to use the restroom once, but I got back to sleep just fine. AG - woohoo! Lucky you Glad you've had a nice, relaxing day, Sir Cappy Writerly....Ok, at first glance? Yes, he does love you, but he's trying to get over it. He hasn't let go yet entirely. I'll go into more detail once I get some wine Man, I hate critiquing writers. I just had to do it for someone's work and it was so exhausting. What a bunch of self-important pr!cks we can be LOL IP: Logged |

Well in some cases MVM a person does has to step up to the plate and take control of a given situation, so to speak . Critique is a necessary part of learning. I am curious as to how your students usually react to it Lol!IP: Logged |

Oh Xodian, I'm no teacher, we're all in the same workshop, and have to critique each other's work. Then the head honcho instructor comes in does the super critique and deflates our collective ego, which is no easy task I am sure IP: Logged |

Not in the romantic sense no. It usually works really well in case of blood bond or family relationships though. I am so thankful that I had two cardinal signs as my parents Lol! MVM: Ah, me see . Still the same senerio applies Lol! Critiques allow you to gain insigght through another prespective. Although sometimes, its wise to ignore that prespective .

...And Venus is in detriment in the chart, so she's obviously not feeling very strong. Or maybe she's feeling a bit too strong. She's certainly frisky though, hanging out in the 5th IP: Logged |

Xodian, I agree. I actually like critiquing a little TOO much. Gee, how very Virgo of me lol. It's hard because it's a memoir class, so there's all these personal issues being purged and we're supposed to critique the structure and make sure no one runs off crying. It's not too difficult, but there's always this additional fragile ego thing because it's not someone's life we're 'critiquing' ultimately...it's how they write about it. But if one's not VERY clear, there are all these hurt feelings. So....on eggshells I moonwalk lol. IP: Logged |

Oh yeah that is a pickle of a situation Lol! Though I hope it was made pretty clear at the begining of the class that the critique given on the writing works will be on grammer, punctuation and substance alone and not the subject. Once the instructor makes that clear it makes everyone's lives a lot easier.IP: Logged |

No, I meant simply that he's a Pisces, and she's a Virgo. Maybe other people are different, but I'm pretty certain after all my relationships with my opposite Sun that I'm not supposed to be with one. IP: Logged |

That's an interesting comment, AG. I've never been out with a Libran, and as far as men go, not really been attracted to any. But in terms of the relationships I like, I would describe them simply as very Libran.EDIT: That said, my DC is Libra. IP: Logged |

I'm generally not a big fan of Pisces men myself. I'm never really attracted to them though, or tried to have a relationship with one, so I have no idea.IP: Logged |

I dont really like Pisces men....I rarely click with them unless they have a lot of Aquarius in their chart and even then they drive me nuts.
