I'm going on a Google maps internet tour of Australia. However Google does these street views is a marvel. Check out this sunset in southwestern Australia:Eagle Bay Meelup Road You can click (and hold down your left mouse button while moving the mouse on the picture) to look around. IP: Logged |

You wouldn't find houses this unassuming, and this generously spaced on the shore front in California.(Take a 360 degree view) I just remembered that someone said that one of the bars in Darwin must have been something-er-rather (I've forgotten the name she said already). I only remember the name of the second bar. It was the Time Bar. After that night the ship commanded that we couldn't go in either. IP: Logged |

the thought of living on a "island" makes me claustrophobic. I wouldnt want to live in Hawaii/Australia/etc for this reason...also everytime I want to travel, I'd have to take a plane...no escape to anywhere! Cant handle the thought. IP: Logged |

That's true that it's got to be expensive to travel outside the country there. On the other hand it's not like you escape to the nearest nation (Mexico) every time you get the opportunity. Australia is a big country. There are places to visit within it.IP: Logged |

writesomethingAustralia is an island. But have you seen the size of it? It's a country and a continent, more than an island. IP: Logged |

I think it's like a 20-24 hour flight from the US. It's pretty huge. But it depends where you go - which state, which city, etc. Australia is an enormous place. IP: Logged |

got any quintiles in your synastry? quote: A quintile is indeed a minor aspect, but not a non-existant one. The reason you don't see much on it is because it's influences are more subtle than the major ones. Trines, squares, and other major aspects produce clear, sometimes dramatic results between two people. But quintiles are much less visible aspects of the relationship. They show that the two people have an (often) irrational attraction to each other (not bad, just one that there is no rational explanation for.) Frequently, other people just don't see what the two people see in each other. If you only had Venus quintile Mars, it would not be enough to hold you two together. Conjunctions, even squares, sometimes act like a kind of glue, but not the quintile. However, there is an undercurrent of almost magic with the quincunx, and over time the relationship grows stronger deeper, gradually transforming both people, so that over time their compatibility grows. Best wishes, Zane

The 6 degrees thread has made me think of a game. I'll give two names and within 6 degrees you find the connections.Okay - ummmm, first people that pop into my head. Well, that would be too predictable. Okay - two seemingly unrelated people. See how you go. Julia Roberts and Tony Blair IP: Logged |

You're right. We can't take claim to the biggest, but we'll just claim Hugh Jackman. I think that covers best. IP: Logged |

Or natal ones? I have these two babies, and a friend with Venus stuck at one end. There's some truth in the synastry above. On paper you wouldn't say we would get along and do good work together. But we do. http://www.cafeastrology.com/natal/quintile_biquintile.html Mars Quintile or Bi-Quintile Neptune
Simply producing useful and functional objects and services is not sufficient for you. Putting a creative and imaginative quality into whatever you do is much more suitable to you. Fantasy and fiction appeal to you, and you are fascinated by imaginative ideas. Mars Quintile or Bi-Quintile Jupiter You are very good at finding creative solutions to problems. Rather than following the prescribed, well-traveled path, you have a talent for finding a creative way to reach your goals. You enjoy making strategies and creative plans. You do not measure success in terms of totaling assets but rather in the ability to develop and grow in areas that are interesting, creative, entertaining, or cultural. IP: Logged |
