PA's link broke so we need a picture. The other night I went out and was chatting, the woman opposite me span her head around when I mentioned Sean Bean. What is it about him? She asked, bit of a rhetorical question. It's more what is it about us? We're British women over 35, that's what, and that means that we like Sean. IP: Logged |

blue moon Desperate Housewives is satire... however, except for the designer clothes, I have met women very much like the ones portrayed there. That is why I asked if in a way....if anyone else "recognized" such women, and it is less satire and closer to reality, minus the designer clothes and fancy upscale living conditions for most though.IP: Logged |

It was Susan, wasn't it? Played by Terri...Terri.. Hacker? Is it Terri Hacker? I don't watch it much, as you can tell. Maybe if there was a British version I would identify more with what he is satirising in this show. Sorry, I'm just not helping here with this question. p.s Ag, hope you are O.K. IP: Logged |

I am. Just disappointed, and annoyed I'm stuck thinking about the things I'm thinking about (which isn't anything drastic. I'm not talking about actions. I'm talking about issues, and why things are the way they are).IP: Logged |

Well, my work just had a little champagne lunch celebrating the millions of dollars worth of investments its attracted. That's kind of cool in this economic environment.IP: Logged |

blue moon No problem. I just got it on loan from the library as I do not have tv or cable. It was recommended to me, so I watched 4 seasons of it. Yes, the dingy chick is Susan.IP: Logged |

I'm looking over the Draco comments again. Some of it makes sense sure, but some of it we seem to identify without knowing what it means, which is fairly typical when we get into karmic astrology like this.I kind of want to do the same chart with whole houses now to see what that looks like. Neptune and Mars sit on either side of my natal MC. That could say something. Oh, also I notice that the Draco chart seems to bolster my Air content with those three planets in Aquarius. Interesting that the Sun is my draco chart ruler. IP: Logged |

This is just a trasitional phase & in time it will pass as everything does. You can handle it because you are strong. PS That pic of Gerry was a nice surprise...Now I have to clean my screen. I got so excited I licked it! WooHoo. IP: Logged |

Lord knows that's not why I'm here. I'm feeling much better right now. On my way home my Taurus friend who is 11 years my senior called to express her support of my view regarding an email I got from my dad this morning. I would have guessed that she'd be a fan of my dad, so it was comforting that she got the same thing from it that I did. Also, on the last bit of my way home I ran into my roommate whom I just told last night I would be moving out. I expected him to take it really badly as it seems to bode really badly for him, but he's taking it well, and we had a nice conversation as we walked home. IP: Logged |

I should probably stop drinking high octane coffee. My brain feels like a set of teeth chewing glass !!!I think 1-800-Godzala would make a great party hotline. Does anyone remember party hotlines from the 80's, everyone talking and laughing? When they'd advertise those on TV? I remember being 12 and watching the commercials and thinking it would be so much fun to be a grown-up and do that

That's funny. I always thought those phone-up chat lines would be awkward, or I'd just end up listening were I to ever try one.IP: Logged |
