LOL.... IQ, okay, that made me almost spit coffee out of my mouth LOL.... I know that I write in a very structured and formal manner. I always have and I am sure it has something to do with the science bend - you know, don't get to flowery.. just the facts ma'm just the facts LOL.... (LOL...and I realized when I reread my post that I called Cortez - Cortex... like the brain.. and I think too much- Freudian slip anyone?)
Even when I speak, I sound somewhat "matter of fact". Mr. Leo and I laugh about it because I told him "I write you poetry in my heart and there are many romantic things I want to say, but they come so differently than how I hear the words or see them in my mind" LOL.... For poeple like me, which I daresay is true with many fire signs, we "show" our affections. Mr. Leo and I are on the same wavelength when it comes to that, but he is a hell of a lot more romantic than I am. He sends cards, long love letters and romantic text messages / e-mails. I do, but to a point. Yet I am very sensitive and pick up on the needs of others. I offer words of support and compassion - but the more flowering things... nah.. just not my thing. Ahhh.. to have Mercury in Capricorn (4th house) squaring my Uranus Singleton in Libra (1st house). LLL... Yes... I am the devil...want to dance
How are you doing these days? Did you know that I am getting married to Mr. Leo in Las Vegas (yipppeeee) June 29th? Hee hee...... hopefully we won't break anymore beds LMAO.... well, this is a topic about sex and when you get a Leo and Sag together... well, sleigh beds are no match for our vigor Hee hee.... No... it is the duty of the person communicating to be clear about what they mean. I'm not the only one to interpret your words the way they are written. As such it is your responsibility to communicate more clearly. The rest of your post isn't worth responding to. IP: Logged |

Yep! We'd be in danger of pricing ourselves out of the market! LLLinda whilst I now totally understand the astrological point you were trying to make re Venus being in detriment etc, I do think AG perhaps has a point about the way you express yourself. In an earlier post you questioned why "So many smart women get it so wrong?" Well speaking personally, sometimes I misread the intent behind the words because the words themselves are somewhat blunt and abrasive, and that can have the effect of pulling focus from the meaning. Again it's your right to express yourself exactly how you choose but it's useful to be aware of the effect and reactions it might be producing in others IP: Logged |

Wow, this is one interesting thread. From how to treat men to Venus in Scorpio. I took the first post to be in humor. I think its sad to treat men like crap. I really don't get it. I strive to treat men and women as I want to be treated. Isn't going out of your way to mean a defense mechanism? Sort of like having a chipd on your should and tryign to prove your strength by dissing men? When I am extra considerate of my bf, he really appreciates it and responds in kind. I really am not able to see how being mena to him would benefit the relationship. As for the honey thing, that is just a personal decision and varies from situation to situation. The most important thing to me is the emotional connection. I don't regret having slept with whomever I have. If anything, I have learned somethign from every single encounter. What caused me heartbreak were the occasions when I gave my heart away too soon to the wrong men. Venus in Scorp cusp of 10th/11th IP: Logged |

Yeah... No, actually I didn't respond to it in an effort to be civil. I'll respond to it now: quote: you're not fooling anyone nor are you impressing anyone
I don't need to fool anyone. Any person here can read for themselves and come to their own conclusion. As we've seen, those that have voiced an opinion have agreed with me. What is more likely, since you think in these terms, is that you yourself wish to fool someone. Perhaps your trying to justify away what you said is an attempt to get yourself out of hot water since people feel that your statements are rude and presumptuous. quote: you like stirring the pot, trying to show everyone how clever you are
That's true. However, in this case I thought it was very important to make a couple points to a couple people because they weren't being fair. My point was apparently well received and even you agreed with my point as evidenced by your once again trying to explain your comments as being strictly astrological. I don't see your actions [in explaining yourself] as saying that you disagreed with my assessment. quote: Don't Speak for me
I haven't spoken for you. Nor would I (and if I did it wouldn't be pretty). I believe everyone is responsible for their own actions. quote: And no you don't know my chart
I know that you're an Aries Sun, and frankly that's enough. I don't have any use for your chart. ___________________________________________So, was it really worth it to get me to respond to your whole post? And just so you know: Taurus porn stars Peter North and Traci Lords also have Venus in Taurus. IP: Logged |

Another Scorpio in Venus steps out of the shadows...Why do these people that are *SUPPOSED* to be smarter about generalizing one planet's sign STILL GENERALIZING??? This is probably the 10th different string I've seen on Venus in Scorpio and the lust/$lut implication. I enjoy reading the intelligent, non-bias astrology talk here. However, the bashing of signs and assigning of bad habits to specific signs/planets is really starting to be a turn-off for me, and I *KNOW* I'm not the only one that feels this way. Wouldn't it be smarter and more polite not to judge a placement unless you were BORN with it?? ------------------ Scorpio/Leo/Leo "If I do not want what you want, please try not to tell me that my want is wrong. Or if I believe other than you, at least pause before you correct my view. Or if my emotion is less than yours, or more, given the same circumstances, try not to ask me to feel more strongly or weakly. Or yet if I act, or fail to act, in the manner of your design for action, let me be. I do not, for the moment at least, ask you to understand me. That will come only when you are willing to give up changing me into a copy of you." --David Kiersey IP: Logged |

<<IQhunk, could I ask you a question please? What in your eyes is 'deviant sexual behaviour?>>My views on this have changed over the years and I can only give a subjective viewpoint based on my current understanding. I define deviant sex to be sex whose vibrations are "harmful" to humanity. Anal Sex is deviant if it is a full fledged mode of intercourse than kinky foreplay/stimulation. Reason: It reinforces a thought form of "punishment" into the ethers. Advanced Psychics have knowledge about how the orgasm from this sex strengthens astral vampires, especially if the girl is in pain. Multiple partners is moderately deviant whether one man to n women or vice versa. The reason: Every climax causes Auric imprinting and multiple imprinting can cause mental disorders in the years to come. However, strong willed people who know ritual sex magick rules cannot be termed deviants here because they know about psychic protection. Sado Masochism is highly deviant. It imprints the energy of pleasure into pain vibrations. Probably a major contributor to world problems today. The acts of a few can impact many. Sex with the underaged is dangerously deviant and the Macrocosmic effect is the destruction of our ecosystem. Bestiality is deviant, it was one of the "sins" of Atlantis. IP: Logged |

Kamilla, I haven’t read the book, but from what I know a Geisha is more like a hostess? And the west mistake them for prostitutes. Apparently Japanese prostitutes like to “copy” the image of a Geisha. They’re not actually paid for sex [Geishas], things like that novel apparently cause confusion.Just being typically dorkish interested in reading the book anyhow. IP: Logged |

Dear Madame SueI hope I am still considered for the position. I am confident that my enthusiasm will make up for the lack of experience. I am a team player with a winning attitude and my Neptune in Scorpio enables me to come up with truly kinky stuff after several cocktals. As an additional skill I would like to mention striptease because my Leo Ascendant blessed me with an ability to attract attention and enjoy it as well. Very Sl..tily Yours K.Kinky IP: Logged |

WaterNymphYes, Geisha is definitely not a prostitute. I was just kidding. It's more like a courtesan who is also given the freedom of accepting hostess position for different occasions. In fact, the book gives a very clear distinction. I am tempeted to go into details but I don't want to spoil it for you It is an excellent novel and I am sure you will enjoy it. I haven't seen the movie yet. IQ I can't remember the source but I have read somewhere that Venus in Scorpio might bring a tendency to associate love with pain. I beleive the author was refering to emotional pain more than physical though.
