Oh yes! If gas prices stay what they are, I'll get a scooter first. It's way economical in all ways (gas, insurance, and upkeep). Then once that's paid off I'll go for something like your Tracker (which I'll keep in addition to the scooter).IP: Logged |

Ahhh the wonders of credit. I had nothing but alternative credit, my student loans and a card my mom put me on years ago when I was applying for my home loan. Surprisingly, I had a decent score. I have paid for everything with cash (even a few cars) and really had no idea how important credit was in terms of making the "big" purchases. IP: Logged |

Yeah, this is something I've been meaning to get around to. Just got approval last night from my credit union. The interest rate will be so much better than it could have been, AND the money stay in my savings account. It will be inaccessible, but I like that I get to keep my eyes on it.IP: Logged |

Do you Aquarians see your tie to Capricorns? I see the Saturn in my Aquarius friends and acquaintances. It's a certain conservatism and practicality; at times a no nonsense approach. Just wondering.IP: Logged |

Almost all of my Aqua friends seem very Cappy, except this one guy that I know who plays in a band. He's the guy that they describe in the Sun Signs books. Most of the other Aquas I meet seem nothing like book descriptions. Just an observation.. Hi everyone! *waves*IP: Logged |

Yes I do. One can be a crazy daisy and be practical as well. The best of Uranus and Saturn . I believe if an Aquarius knows oneself, they will recognise traits in both rulers. Altho, it is difficult to get a Cappy to be outrageous, I am more drawn to them as friends and business partners. In a personal relationship, both Saturns are too restricting for me. ------------------ What we do for ourselves dies with us. Cool. Glad it's not just me. I see the Capricorn/Saturn behavior, and I recognize it. I relate to it.Nice to see you Gypsee. Yes, I have Sun square Pluto. Sorry I didn't get back to you on that [facebook comment]. I guess you saw that resurrected thread in Astrology. quote: I believe if an Aquarius knows oneself, they will recognise traits in both rulers.

I have gotten more practical over the years. I've always been a bit reserved, oddly, and at the same time a bit flaky. I guess it's in certain aspects. Finances and responsibilities, I am very conservative and level headed. My taste is more eclectic, crazy and scattered. Venus is in Capricorn in my 10th house, so in a partner, I am looking for somebody that is sturdy and conservative. It's taken me years to figure that out! IP: Logged |

ghani, I believe we grow into our Saturn. Give or take, the thirty mark seems to be the turning point. I have found this to be true of most Aqua`s. I have no idea "why" tho.------------------ What we do for ourselves dies with us. What we do for others and the world is immortal"~ - George Eliot IP: Logged |

I'd say that Saturn return does seem to make some really huge things happen for us. Since mine I split up with my daughter's father, bought a house, bargained for a raise and decided NOT to get a tattoo. LOLReally though, once my daughter was born (I was 28 1/2) I have become very conservative in my thinking. I have always been good with money and jobs, etc., but as far as "big life concepts", I'm a lot more serious than I was before. It suits me. I'm still a pretty open minded person, and understanding, loving, etc, but I set limits on how much I am willing to give now. IP: Logged |

I don't know if I'd ever get a tattoo. It would have to be a tree or something; something a bit more elegant than the typical stuff.IP: Logged |

Yeah. I wanted one for years, but I have a huge fear of needles so I put it off and put it off thinking it would be the ultimate in fear-killing by finally doing it. But I decided against it. I can't imagine being like, 75 with a faded sagging smudge somewhere. I don't know, it just isn't me I guess. IP: Logged |

lol Juni Yeah, part of me is kind of attracted to it from a rock star point of view, but in all practicality I doubt I'd show it off much if I got one. IP: Logged |

In my Uranian days, I wanted one too! I told Granny, a Flapper era teenager, and she said she had one. It was a tatto of her boyfriend on her butt. Worse yet, she showed me. I was horrified; first that someday my butt would sag like that then the "tatto" melting down in a godforsaken drooping puddle. Just looked up custom temporary tattoos. That might be a solution for people like us. Unfortunately, you have to buy in quantity. There is competition in the market, though, so it's not too bad.IP: Logged |

I have three, don't get one is my advice, for the reasons that you all just said, because that's exactly what happens.UNLESS, you have the time and the money to keep up the maintenance on them, then they can look nice. It didn't hurt me at all. I think peircing hurts much worse. Depends on the person, I spose... IP: Logged |

We should just commission pen art on ourselves. That way it washes off; no big deal. IP: Logged |
