Hey, head cold! What's up, buddy? You ah, you plannin on hanging around much longer? Yeah? Cool, oh no, hey man, that's cool. Just asking cuz ya know, rent is due and, well, you've been here a while... No hurry or anything, but, uh... Maybe you could find a new place, or... pay some of the bills? Just saying. That would be helpful.

Thanks, dude.

WINNING with ole Charlie.

I finally got a gift for my Aquarian sister's birthday last night. It was so tough deciding what would be good. I got her a decorative wall mirror.

While I was at it I thought I may as well use my own birthday gift from my sisters. It was an Amazon gift card. I bought myself a new ring, which will go on my right middle finger in all likelihood. It's time to retire the ring that's been on my right ring finger for years. It's not a bad ring. Stainless steel. I'm tired of what it might say to people (though not enough to have taken it off). I've had women believe that I was married as a result of it (though it's on the wrong hand), and I've had some people bizarrely think that it stands for gay marriage, which is not something I've never seen of a married gay couple. Gay people want others to know they're married, too, and they do that by putting a ring on the proper finger.

Anyway, my first size 13 ring will be another extremely hard metal. Tungsten this time. It will also be a band like a wedding ring, but it's width is a hefty 9mm. The outer band will be matte while the rest is shiny.

I also bought a shirt for my next improv performance.

I like the way you shop. A planner and detail oriented. I'm the same.

And yes, I am channelling Charlie.

Winning!

I am appalled at what has become of his children though.

Too detail oriented sometimes. You wouldn't believe how many clocks and other mirrors I looked at before deciding on my sister's gift. Then on the rings, I had to decide how many to get, and if they should match, etc. The shirt I bought also fits some strict criteria, namely it's a long sleeved, cotton, polo shirt with a zipper instead of buttons. The zipper and long sleeves were paramount, but it's breathability became a factor because most zipper shirts are really outdoor mountain wear, and would be too warm on an already hot stage.

I like to do something called "in store purchasing" which is me picking things up along the way, and as I browse further, I am reviewing in my head all the pros/cons of the item, and whether or not it is actually practical/durable/etc. and then end up putting 95% of the things I pick up back, so I take about 3 trips around a store.

Yeah. Kinda insane.

Just finally looked at my improv teacher's chart. I don't know when I initially got the information, but I found it in my phone. Her Mutable placements are mostly square my own! Our Suns and Mercuries are conjunct, though.

She's got a much better Sun/Moon relationship (sextile). Whereas the big conflict in my chart may seem to be my oppositions, she's got a very powerful t-square going on. Both ends have conjunctions of two planets.

I'm touched this morning by the kindness of a person undergoing chemotherapy. I rarely encounter him, but he's always kind. If he's not already an angel, I think he'd be a good candidate.

Awwwwwwww that`s nice.

Look! I`m on my old computer and I am my old persona! So exciting

I love shopping....and I will put it all in my cart then rethink, then revisit...sometimes there`s impulse, sometimes I get it all.
I love getting gifts for people too. I love envisioning the whole spectrum of giving and getting.

I love that you are involved in improv. Its so exciting!

You can't use that name on your new computer? Is it just that you don't remember the password, but your old computer does?

At Amazon I'm always throwing stuff in my wish list. On occasion I put stuff in my cart for later. Usually that stuff gets removed, though.

My new ring arrived! I haven't seen it yet. I've only been notified of its delivery.

EDIT: Ring is kind of too big. I did size my finger before ordering, but it actually fits best on my index finger. Not sure if I like that.

Speaking of gifts.....

I heard that Kate Winslett got all necked for a fancy French Lancome commercial and I immediately thought of you AG...

Viva La France!

From the link "The music is "Eternal Obsession" composed by the french composer Brice DAVOLI, produced by Universal Publishing Production Music."

Why thank you. (Wish it weren't Kate Winslet, though she does look really great in that.)

My bad....thought I remembered you having a certain fondness for the Winslett.

So, who should we swap in?

If we're going for Air, Heather Graham. If water, Thandie Newton. If Earth, Stana Katic. If fire, Kiera Knightley.

Am I fond of Winslett? I don't remember if I've said that previously. She not bad. Beauty-wise, I think they made her look good in that commercial. Generally, I notice her uneven eyebrows (I notice a lot of unsymetrical faces, mostly because mine is one as well). I think she is a very good actress. We've probably seen too much nudity from her at this point. I wonder if she'll ever stop doing nude.

I might try to exchange the ring. I've read good things about the vendor (which operates through Amazon.com).

I don't know what's blooming. I don't know how to identify most flowers and trees. That reminds me, are you familiar with unusual fruit? There's a little tree behind our place that produces fruit in the summer, and my roommate and I have never seen anything like it. I cut one open, and while I didn't eat it, it smelled good and I touched my tongue to it. It's red orange, and there's something distinctive about it's skin. I forget exactly what the skin looks like.

I think everyone became aware of Kate Winslet and her nude body in Titanic. She was the female lead opposite Leonardo DiCapprio.

Kate Winslet was at a function that ran alongside my wedding reception (when she was married to Jim Threpleton). Most of my guests spent their time sneaking off trying to get into that party.

It was my own fault, I was stood next to her in the hotel reception and recognised her, and made the mistake of telling people.

How are you all today?

Good news re ring.

And Oh! Kate Winslet in Titanic but didn`t know she got naked

What size is the fruit? Grape, plum, apple or grapefruit size?

Skin if you can remember.

Most likely not something to grow here but I am well versed in fruits and their habits.

Plum-sized, and there's something rough to the red orange exterior, like a kiwi, but also not like a kiwi if I remember right.
