AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA*deep breath*AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Your sons are lovely. They have such round sweet eyes.

I see the cap moon showing. He looks very calm. Old soul vibe. The little one looks hyper haha. Maybe that's just because he has an ice cream in his hand lol.

I'm so gonna be *that* person who makes all the guests look at huge pictures albums of my kids and grandkids lol

Ah I guess that's true. We can't always drag kids around.

Do you feel that vacations are enough to satisfy your wanderlust? I think I can make do with vacations. But a tiny part of me feels that nothing beats moving and *really* experiencing living in a new place.

Wow Traveling around the country. That plan sounds really exciting. Keep us updated.

Heheheh thanks!

Yes, the little one looks HYPER in that pic...apparently he has not attained his Cap NN yet! Well to clear his name, here's one of him looking a bit calmer:

*edit~ Hope you saw, Rie

He had been playing in the attic, found that hat and some giant gloves, and was just delighted to wear them.

This is why I love children. Adults don't go rummaging through an attic for weird clothes, put them on, then come outside to talk to you as if nothing out of the ordinary is happening. LOL

Agreed-- it's obvious in that pic. I love it. The Yoda face.

YAY!!! Oh we are going to have so much fun when we finally all meet up in that cafe in Paris or Casablanca or wherever. Bring the photo albums, girls!

And yes, 'will keep everyone posted if we do decide to go travelling. *crosses fingers* *wishes on falling stars*

Yeah we can't all be the Jolie-Pitt family. No private jets, castles, and staff of nannies and tutors for me.

Same here-- I want to settle somewhere, explore to my heart's content, then move. Repeat process to infinity. =)

Rawrrrrr he’s so cute oh my. Reminds me of the time when my s.o’s sister and her husband put their child in a fluffy bear suit. He looked so cute and I almost forgot that he often screams like a banshee whenever someone touches him.

Yes that’s right. Playful sweet children can melt an adult like nothing else. And sometimes they teach us to enjoy the little things. I had never licked the lids of ice-cream and yogurt tubes until I started working in the kiddie ward. Never knew the pleasure of lid-licking. The children made it look so good. Now I have my lid-licker badge lol feels like it’s my most treasured accomplishment.

Rofl the Yoda face. Yes he looks even-tempered. Does he tolerate antics well? Looks like he can take a lot.

Eyes of the Yoda that lives in my place:

Heart burst. With love.

I can’t describe how much I love this. It sounds like a promise.

Lol seriously though, given my chart it’s easy to understand why I’m attracted to thoughts/ideas of lasting love/friendship.

Sigh. Yes. A thousand “yes” to this.

And yes, 'will keep everyone posted if we do decide to go travelling. *crosses fingers* *wishes on falling stars*

Are there some specific places where you would like to visit? Or do you just want to cruise along and see where the road takes you?

Your post made my day, muddy...so, I waited a bit and savored it before risking "spoiling the moment" by resuming with my ordinary chatter.

Ahhhh =)

K, I'm ready to persevere...

quote:

ROTFL! So cute though. We have some pretty strict rules about bear suits in my family~

Bear Suit Ten Commandments:

1. Every child shall have a bear suit.
2. No costume may supercede the importance of the bear suit.
3. Bear suit must have ears that stand up properly when the hood is on.
4. Defective bear suits will not be tolerated.
5. The fluffier the suit, the higher the budget for that suit.
6. If it's cool, wear the bear suit.
7. If it's warm, wear the bear suit with front zipper open.
8. If child has outgrown bear suits and refuses to wear them, procure bear hats.
9. Take pictures.
10. Keep bear suits stain-free and well-maintained at all times, because we are saving them for posterity.

My husband loooooooooves bear suits. So do I, but he is dead serious about them. LOL

I was just saying on another thread that we both have 5H Neptune natally, then 5H Neptune in composite conjunct NN. So we keep our children in costumes regardless of whether or not it's Halloween. heheheheh

quote:
Now I have my lid-licker badge lol feels like it’s my most treasured accomplishment.

OMG you are too fabulous!!! <3

quote:
Does he tolerate antics well? Looks like he can take a lot.

He can be the quiet in the middle of a storm, yes. He also has Scorpio Mercury, Virgo Venus, 12H Pluto...lots of what I consider "secret strength" placements.

quote:
Eyes of the Yoda that lives in my place

Wow!! Remarkable. Yes he is Yoda-y, and that gaze reminds me of my son's. Lots of calm analysis, right behind the eyes. Does he have any Scorpio placements? Besides Pluto?

quote:
Heart burst. With love.

Chain-reaction heart burst here, too! <3<3<3

(Whoever said Capricorns are cold??? Helloooooo spend some time on this thread will you? LOL)

It is my firm intention to meet you and Rie, yes. How or when, I don't know. But I can see how the opportunity might open, and then there is no question that I would take it. I think we all would. =)

quote:
Are there some specific places where you would like to visit? Or do you just want to cruise along and see where the road takes you?

Thanks for asking!

Everyone knows my top priority destination:

^^ Graceland

And yes I plan to see Elvis' ghost sitting there, just like that! =)

Then...we'll go walking in Memphis, of course.

Then...I actually don't care...but I need for my children to see the giant Redwoods and Sequoias in Cali, and the Pacific Ocean, and this place called Ross Creek Cedars in Montana. Glimpse:

And I need to spend some time in Santa Fe. I feel that that is my soul's home.

For now. You know, I always move....

=)

LOl bear suit commandments. I’ll print those out and stick them on the fridge. For future guidance you know.

And your husband has great taste. Bear suits are essential for a child's great childhood.

Whoever thought of making and selling those suits was definitely smart lol. It’s almost as good as the diamond marketing campaign rofl.

quote:
OMG you are too fabulous!!! <3

Hmm, scorpio mercury with Pluto in the 12th. Now that screams complex thoughts and intense introspection. Amd virgo venus lol Cleanliness is next to godliness.

Yes my s.o also has scorp mercury conj scorp Pluto/MC. And scorp Saturn. And yes you’ve hit the nail on the head. Psycho-analysing himself and others is one of his favourite pastimes. He developed a habit of “mapping” his thinking process and making notes of his findings since he was very young. Reading those journals sort of makes me think “Well, how much can you really know a person.” I remember reading about how he came to some tough decisions when he was still a small child, and while I found it slightly unnerving, I marvelled at that ability.

Yeah he searches and looks into my mind. Always feel him around. During the years that we’ve spent together, whenever I want to spend some alone time I’d feel him withdrawing his energy from my field in a rush. The effect feels almost “physical” and all too real. But even then I’d still feel his energy hovering, orbiting, watching.

quote:

I love this. I love the way you put it into words “how the opportunity might open”. I really did stop to roll those words in my head for a bit. The way our paths cross, the idea of living with the thought that one day our story might be brought to a climax... Isn’t it marvellous and wildly romantic though? Man in such a venus-neptune moment like this, I totally buy the concept of “fate” haha.

Lovely songs.

The velvety red and orange of that photo make me think of Turkish delights, marmalade, red velvet cakes, popsicles and water melon sorbet... They distract me from the glorious Elvis Presley.

All great destinations, especially the woods. Oh, and the Pacific Ocean, now that reminds me that I want to watch whales migration. Have to catch a sight of them in their natural habitat.

Hope you and your family are well <3

YESSS!

That's such good news! Boy did that take long, you had quite some setbacks there. Relief to finally have things gotten over with? Tell me about the trip!!

And yes, do give us some pics!! Don't tell me you haven't taken any yet.
(Heh, I'm trying to channel my Aries DSC - is it working? Is it? Already? Yes?! Lol sorry.)

Just after everything that happened yesterday, I'm just so happy to read some more positive news about another friend.

Lots and lots of good luck your way, and your husband and Plutocat (has he come with you?).

Hi ladies

I just want to share the good news: tonight me and my major crush had a talk and we told each other how we feel about each other. We're taking it slow, but we're together now and we both admitted there's something beautiful going on between us.

If any of you want to share some expertise on synastry/composite/etc... or just celebrate with me, I have a thread right here with all the necessary charts.

http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum35/HTML/001602.html

So excited.

Faith, yes, it's the Virgo guy I told you about.

we definitely wanted to take photos but yeah so far we've only taken a few lol it's too easy to get lost in the moment.

Lots of stuff r going on. My preparation for school (yes school - again lol damn papa saturn), works, friends n whatnot. Busy doing things during the day, taking leisure strolls in the afternoon, stuffing our faces witj foods, sweet tropical fruits n sweet dessert treats from the stalls, being surrounded by the noisy crowds, relaxing at home ... It's been better than expected. The air, the atmosphere, the high humidity, the sun, the warm rain (perfect for rain - bathing lol), the long hot nights... no more cold wind n snow n winter. We're loving it. We've both gained weight haha. He's gotten a tan, which suits him nicely. Rosy cheeks n sparkling eyes n all.

I hope you and Faith are doing well. I'm excited to hear about your crush Rie. Must know about everything in great details lol. Take care.

muddy, thanks for the updates!! I'm so happy to hear that you are enjoying being home again. Good luck with school-- what are you studying this time?

The food looks delicious, and the dishes look so pretty, too! Can I just ask...what's that stick in with little potato things...is that a spice? (And are they potatoes?)

I'm not used to eating off of delicate-looking china like yours. My plates are all kinda hefty and brightly colored...my cupboards look kinda like this:

I'm afraid of pretty plates...what if I break them? More to the point, how long will they last around my kids?

I kept forgetting to thank you for the description you wrote about your husband, above. It's gratifying to be able to guess some things right just by looking at a person (Scorpio placements.) Funny thing is, shortly after we had that exchange, a friend of mine told me that my middle son (Yoda) makes her laugh and impresses her, because, as she said, "There is so much going on in his head, behind the eyes."

She's not into astrology but could see his Scorpio Mercury.

Congrats on your tans and gaining weight...I have also gained weight and it's bizarre to me. I'm not fat yet but my size 2 jeans are feeling snug. It's going to be trouble if my speedy metapbolism quits on me, because I've never had much discipline with food: I eat what I want, when I want it.

Destination disaster

Ohhhh well it's not like I'll be the only overweight person in the USA, if it comes to that.

And yeah, glad you guys are all as happy as I am with my new relationship.

It's really strange... we got together on the 7th, and I got together with my last ex also on the 7th (also my longest relationship to date - hope my guy will change that ).

LOL

This is glorious.

I felt like doing a chart for this thread, as it's run for half a year and guess what?

Aside from Pluto square Uranus, no other major harsh aspects! I knew it.

This thread is a Sag rising (16 degrees) Gemini Sun conj Jupiter (28)
Moon (10) conj Saturn (5) and the NN (16) in Scorpio.
Then Venus conj Mercury in Cancer (20 & 21)(unaspected. Huh? )
Mars in Gemini (13) conjunct the Descendant.

Chart ruler Jupiter is conjunct the Sun in the 7th house.

If you want to see it for yourself, I took the date of Muddy's OP (19 June 2013, 8 p.m.)

Rie, thanks for running the chart on that. I meant to thank you when you first posted it. I find it fascinating.

So, my NN conjunct the thread's NN.
My 16 Gem Mars conjunct the thread's Mars-DSC.

7H Sun-Jupiter on the "Cusp of Magic" according to my favorite astro books (Secret Language) fits the steady warmth we've got between ourselves.

IF ONLY muddy would come back.

Sending guilt to you, muddy.

j/k

There are so many things to say hell they're bouncing around in my head trying to get out first.

Let me start by saying that I feel very happy and guilty for not coming back to this thread earlier. Thank you so much for the birthday wishes. I even forgot my birthday last year. Luckily there were other people who remembered <3 sniff..... So much love <3

The other thing I want to share is that.... well I'm pregnant with twins. Yeah. That composite 5th house in gemini. And gem moon. Lol didnt know that it would manifest in the most literal of ways.

Life is good. My yoda has been saying that he wants to have saturn return every five year lol.

There are more to say but I gotta dash now. Ill come back later. I hope you are well. Take care. It's a little late to say this but I wish you a very happy new year, full of love and luck.

Bye for now Rie n Faith my two sweets <3
