It wouldn't be such a bad thing,but i'm not willing to.This place tends to have random
and abrupt sparks of anger and i've been here
long enough to know,it can settle but it will eventually happen again.

Nothing wrong with it,just means people have different approaches and opinions.I'm not willing to deal with it when i know i won't be able to handle it.

With that said.

How about Ag while he might stir the pot,he does frequent the forumn so he knows pretty much everyone here.

Randall you can also be a mod on here,in fact i think you should be.Just because Sweet peas always has and tends to be will most likely always remain the controversial forumn,you seem to have a good handle on what is inappropriate and is not.It would be the best thing in my opinion,that you can always stay one up ahead with what's going on in here.

All I ask (personally, and I'm fairly sure that I'm not the only person thinking it) is that whomever it is has insight into their own behaviors, and can acknowledge when he or she is in the wrong, or has said something in a way that could have been worded better.

This IS often a volatile forum (sometimes, sometimes not), and I think that we need that type of objectivity. Very much, at times. At other times, not so much. It does tend to ebb and flow, of course. The full range of emotions here.

So of course everyone has opinions, we all have beliefs. What I would like to see is someone who does their best (within human reason) to be aware of how their beliefs may color their perceptions, and acknowledge as much when interacting with everyone else.

Sorry, I had to add that. It probably goes without saying, I suppose.

Heated and highly charged language could then be changed "that was a well thought out and insightful comment, thank you for saying it"

Joking best Mod work witnessed was one where they never used I in a reply, there was a whole body of communication that grew up around de-escalating confrontations online

Problem is, that was also rather boring and stifled topics and passions so much even I left the place to many ZZzzzz's

I'll never forget a few years ago when I had emails in my inbox from charmaine - someone whom I'd never given my personal email to or permission for the few who had it to give it out. Yes, I was ****** off about it and Randall never apologized for it.
