Ahahahaha! AG probably has a reasonable point though, honestly (well, minus the teenage girl part...we're grown adults, although that may or may not always be apparent). You're up, Randall! Hehehe IP: Logged |

IT Forums probably have few arguments. I mean, come on.Another issue with PM is harassment and SPAM. But the main issue is the talking about others behind their backs. We've already seen it happen. IP: Logged |

Um, the reason threads get locked (as of late) is because I lock them. There's really no more profound reason than that. These petty squabbles are no big deal. I've seen it over and over again. The issue that concerns me of late is the fighting between Mods. It sets a poor example for everyone. Mods are free to respectfully mention to another Mod if they think that Mod is out of line. There is no restriction on communication. But if a Mod attacks another Mod, I will accept that attack as a voluntary resignation. No offense intended. And no harm, no foul. Not all are cut out to be a Mod; nor would all want to be. And that's okay. IP: Logged |

My asteroid pick for LL is that it has Eris dominant in Transit. Anyone want to check it and make a fool out of me ------------------ Want To Ask Any Question About Bible Prophecy? Go For it. It is Free, of course. http://www.mychristianpsychic.com/

Hey Randall, why is that Juno Thread pushing the bandwidth button?
And I think the Rule Threads should take precedence.

They do. I've seen it here, and, oh boy, on another forum? Drama all over the place. IP: Logged |

Fair enough. No more verbal attacks on other mods. I'll just let my baby do the talking. And for now on when I post I'll have this playing at the corner of my screen to calm me with its soothing music (and inspire me subliminally). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pYW2GmHB5xs IP: Logged |

Hi Randall, thank you for kind offer, you see there's sort of a conflict of interest, as many think mods should be held to a higher standard, and maybe thats true. I can already see someone yapping away at me that I'm using my modship against them. Others have made similar comments about other mods. I once thought one had to be like lalalinda to be the exceptional mod, but even now public perception of that has been turned on its head. Id rather not be held to a restrictive standard, id rather just be me. And apparently just being me isn't good enough to be a mod as it gives others a weapon to use against me at will, as in the past. Again thanks, but I'm just not up for it :/ Im really not the ultimate peacemaker like everyone wants to see in a mod.And having moderator under your username gives those with contempt for authority a bit of a kick start to their engine. :/ Not fun to be the recipient of that. The "love" emoticon is insufficient here. Instead, I offer this very old, but very memorable (and at the time, awesome) response via music. I heart my Libra friends. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DzMGqVh8G20

As much as I've complained, I think I also should be positive when I think it's due. LL is a little crazy as of late but I do think it's heading in the right direction. I'm very happy to see that. Not that my personal opinion matters much, but I'm just trying to make up a little for the moaning I've done in the past. IP: Logged |

You'll be a great mod...er are I should say. You just gotta have that on/off switch and be like a robotic judge that only sees facts. lol Well, whatever works but you stay calm when others are ready to bust out some heat! IP: Logged |

Not trite at all, thanks. I'm just glad it was understood as humor, a few on LL can find it really hard to understand my (often gallows) humor and take me completely serious no matter how over the top absurd I'm being. IP: Logged |

You learn a lot of life skills and that is a wonderful opportunity, as I see it, for myself. I need to use what I learned here, every day, or I could not be doing what I am doing.
I developed thicker skin and I thank God for that. I learned that through the grace and wisdom of Randall, Lala, IQ and other wise people here. Also, I am committed to helping LL be the best it can be because I love it and appreciate it and all it offers to me and everyone. So, for me, it is not an easy experience, often, but always worthwhile, even in the hardest of times ------------------ Want To Ask Any Question About Bible Prophecy? Go For it.
