I'm not sure the ascendant would radically change the situation, but I could be wrong. You are right, you have strong connections with asteroids, some repetitive, like Juno and Amor, but as I said, IMO, if the connections between planets: Sun/Moon/Venus/Mars and Mercury with repetitive outers, mutual connections and, of course, angles connections are missing, looking in depth at asteroids will lead to false results.

For example, a synastry with no Sun, Moon, Venus etc. mutual aspects has an Isis/Osiris or Siva/Parvati conjunction for nothing, well, maybe not for nothing, but that conjunction alone cannot create a relationship.

The asteroids only reinforce the theme of the relationship, the one which is already there, apparent from the planetary aspects, they cannot create the relationship.

In your synastry, you have Venus Neptune 12th house Pisces Eros Mars theme, with strong karmic aspects, especially involving Pluto (transformation, endings, compelling attraction, karma) so IMO this is the theme of your relationship, repeated in the other charts.

Plus Priapus opposite Sun/Pallas, the two lovebirds must be very in sync.

I like how Venus/Jupiter/Psyche in 11th house. It speak of true companionship, the kind that make you want to come back to, it's pure love. The Sun in 10th, plus Mercury/POF in there, the couple are mindful of their image and reputation . Well, Cappy, you don't like the 6th house but who will clean and cook is very important in the home front. I see the Moon conjunct Vertex there as the heart of the union is about doing everyday activities together. Yes, I found it interesting. The chart obviously spells love, or the capacity of loving, even though I might not have actualized it as much as i potentially could until now maybe.

I know it is kinda obsolete checking Mr Sag`s charts now, but I like astrology too much not to, besides I like playing make believe. lol

It is interesting to see how at least hypotehtically speaking, there could be a bit of a spark there, even though it never has manifested in anything real.

Despite everything though I believe now so more than ever that some kind of attraction was there at a time, but we all know that it is not attraction alone that guides our life-decisions.
And attractions happen now and then to everyone I suppose, no need or impetus to act on them everytime.

Such an interesting analysis, Ceri...how long have you studied astrology? You're on the point of poetry in my opinion. When I grow up as an astrologer, I want to be just like you!

You very well saw the challenge between us: although we have surprisingly similar core values, we come from a very different upbringing. And those surprising wounds coming from the depths! it is exactly so, in theme with our Moon/Pluto in regular composite, as Cappy pointed out so keenly.

BTW, my natal Saturn is at 16 Cancer near my DSC (19).
