LEXX, a few years ago my test results were different, but I can't remember what they were!
I took the Myer-Briggs tests twice in the past year and both times they were INFJ....maybe in a few years it will change, I'm not sure.

DD, I wonder how many of the celebrities listed have even taken the test....it's a bit strange how they know who is what. Unless they're supposed to represent some example of each type...

yes it totally does. with my natal uranus in my 5th one of my big lessons seemed to be not making rash decisions based on emotions, as I am prone to do. it is an exact conjunct right now with chiron in 11th , just crossed over saturn...and i just quit my band, as i havent been feeling so great about it and i dont think it is the direction i want to go musically, i prefer acoustic coffee house type stuff with my own music and i guess i felt a lot of pressure about it all, and i don't give a crap about being employable as a musician anymore with it, i just want to be true to myself on this one. i have a real job, it never was about the money. you know? i hope mark takes it ok as we both want different things with our art and i shouldnt feel pressure to do his thing, i pretty much never have been one to live by anyones ideal of what is right for me anyway. i cried and in dumps for 2 days over this. not myself for the last few weeks.

funny you said that, i too have really been distancing from friends that seem to just make me feel worse. big time. 20 some odd year friendships that just seem stagnant and negative and i have been opting out of the loop lately.

Hey sunshine lion!!

Yes, that Uranus in the 5th sure can surprise people!!

Mix it with our Pluto conjunction and whammo!!

Things are going to changed at my workplace now. I've been told we all need new clear outlines/guidelines to work within.

Part of our issue is havinga new boss every year to contend with. They come breezing in with their own way of doing things not realising there is already a capable, competent team of staff already doing very well, thank-you!!

Do you think it was the Uranus/Pluto in 5th house effect?

KOi,

ah what an illustrious group we are!
Even though I still feel INFP also describes me pretty well.

MVM,

I think they based their opinion on the celebrities on their public appearance, so it is highly subjective.

Personally I think Jude would probably are an I type at any case.

Hmm, I wonder, he has a similiar chart like AG, so it would be interesting to see if he has a similiar type, too.
Or if not, can it be explained through the differences in their charts?
Is there a connection between astrology and this psychological profile?

Questions, questions - ah how boring life would be without them!

And how boring would life be without Virgos!!!

I haven't read the Virgo thoroughly, but I imagine Virgos are being typically under-rated and mis-interpreted.

Virgos are awesome!!!! My first love was Virgo, with Venus in Virgo!!!

Hey DD - The personality types are intersting, I agree!! (I'm trying really hard not to sound too Leoish by saying "Yes, we INFJ's awesome, amazing, astounding )

It has been noted throughout the whole staff. It's not an easy position for a number of reasons.

I would never take on the position at that workplace for certain reasons. One of them being, middle management is usually one of the first jobs to go in a recession. The other reasons is that it's ahighly complex and usually stressful environment. Life's too short to be responsible for everything there!!!

They start of with a bang and end with a fizz usually....

Oops, I just said I was INFJ. Actually I WAS an INFJ, but at work I'm mainly ISTJ.

I'm sorry, Sunshine, that seems like some pretty big stuff with the music...but it sounds like a major decision to do your own thing, which is really positive! I'm sorry to hear you've not been feeling so well emotionally though

I don't have Uranus in the 5th, I have it in the 6th (I have to work for myself), and it opposes my moon, so I tend to make decisions that seem to come out of nowhere in the eyes of others', but the truth is that I think about them for a long LONG time and they're teeming below the surface forever before they bust out lol
So it's interesting that you can relate to the friends stuff - I go through this a little every few years, but it feels so much more pressing now (it could also be Saturn's influence)...friendships for years that I am seriously mulling over, and there's only like 3 others who always are there, and I've known the longest, but they always leave me with a smile on my face after talking to them, and when I look at their lives, they are always changing, undergoing some transition, actively engaged in life. The other ones have remained completely stagnant - and it's not saying I am judging them on that criteria alone, because I only just realized it right as I am typing, but I do think it matters.
So I think with these transits it's like having to put my money where my mouth is - my life is undergoing a HUGE makeover of sorts....

I'd be very shy about standing near either of you as I most likely by far exceed the combined weight of both of you.
BTW....how tall are each of you ladies?
I change from day to day, going betwixt 5'2 1/2"
to 5'4 1/2".

Jeeeeez Sunshine, I'm all blushing now!!!
YOU are beautiful! And it was like being in the presence of sunshine truly - you give off some of the most amazingly energy. I rarely meet people who are able to radiate such genuine warmth.

Mornin' LEXX

You'll feel comfortable standing next to me - 5ft 1in - oh, and there's half and inch thrown in to. That half an inch is very important to me

MVM - You do make great points about people's transitions in life. Many people do not realise this and it's great to be reminded of them.

No-one ever seems to tell us as kids, that everything will change - even in families as siblings grow up and meet new partners, parents grow older and face new issues, etc.....

But are you thin/average?
I feel shy standing next to most women, but not men usually. Even when not overweight my shoulders require a man's large shirt to fit across my back and shoulders.
And then women's pants are way to big in the thighs and seat....so I wear young men's sizes.
So no matter how thin I have been, I just look odd standing next to the ladies.
