Is it because I am "driven by a need to be seen as respectable, dependable and authoritative"?

Or maybe it is because I can't be doing with the silliness of bleating about an internet troll. Don't they have anything worse in their lives to worry about? Either very young or very lucky. Is there anything worse there now? Glad I am here not there.

Either way, nothing wildly exciting so far in my Quindecile exploration.

In all honesty DD, great sex actually give me energy instead of tiring me out, so it's definitely not something for me to do if I want to go to sleep....ROFL

BM,

Yes, you`re absoluetely right. I have no idea why I posted there in the first place. Or in that other thread. lol

But probably because I was bored and noone else was around.

Youk now, I was old and alone and needed the distraction.

Spunky,

"I'm an energizer bunny, baby!"
Gerry will be pleased to hear this.

Sorry, DD, I didn't know you missed FOL badly, too. He did have valuable astrological insights, when all is said and done.

As a lazy timewaster, I don't need to look too far for a reason why I post here ~ I just look down at the lego that needs picking up off the floor. I can't be bothered ~ sorry Virgo Venusians. It's just the truth.

Nope, not missing him a little bit. Just got curious, why he deserved a whole thread, and as it looks now, this thread has become his "shrine".
Honestly, I couldn´t care less what his chart looks like. lol

Ah yes, cleaning up the house - I can`t be bothered either. I rather post in nunsense-threads here

I would rather do most things than clean my house ~ but I live with Virgoan people, I have to try and make an effort or they get angry.

... must explain here that it is the Libran contingent (Sun/Moon) that make the mess. We are a terrible pair together, it is hard to criticise someone for toys and pencils left lying around when I am setting such a bad example with papers and books.

Yes, I see that with the example and such.

but since I am living alone, there is noone who really "forces" me, unless my parents come for a visit of course.

Because I have got the Ricki Reeves book if you are interested and haven't read it.

So that's 15 degrees less than an opposition? Let's see... What's the orb to use?

Many gay/bi men are married to women.
It really is not that unusual.
With gay men especially, she is most likely the only woman he has been with. She and her husband are often best friends too, and the relationship good even when full sexual union is rare or not there, friendship and cuddles and all still exist.
And even nowadays as in Victorian times, and ancient Rome/Greece etc., Marriages "of convenience" were/are common. The fellows in Brokeback Mountain had those but their redneck homophobic society would not tolerate it.

Lexx,

I must say I do not know that many gay / bi men, but yes, I agree, a marriage alone doesn`t mean both partners are heterosexual.

Even though quite honestly I can`t really understand how a woman can be married to a man, knowing that he is yearning for someone else inside, that she will never be the ONE.
But maybe I am just highly idealistic and naive.

My Saturn is at 15 degrees Gemini, so the opposite minus 15 would be zero Sag. My DC is at 2 degrees Sag, and my Mars is at 27 Scorpio. 3 degree orb for both those.

Chiron is roughly quindecile my Moon (within 2 degrees).

Oh wow! My Mercury is exactly quindecile my Ascendant. Mercury at 17 Sag. AC at 2 Gemini.

4 degree orb would be necessary for a Sun quindecile Saturn aspect.

blue, I have a Venus-Venus quindecile with someone I know -- it's only minutes off exact orb too
I have Ricki's Obsession somewhere, but can't find it, maybe at work.....
Trivia Note: Noel Tyl named the aspect.

The author allows natal up to 2 degree orb, stretching over another half a degree for the Sun and Moon.

She uses 2 degree for synastry, 1 degree for progression.

Mercury Qn Asc -: "may be driven toward social interaction, may put thoughts out for all to review, can have a gift for public speaking and presenting ideas or concepts."

Sounds about right

...of course, if you have Mercury quindecile AC, then you necessarily have Mercury in the 7th (unless you use a house system that will give you a tiny 7th house).

There's no definitions offered up for synastry. But the key expressions coming through is driven toand need for recogntion so I think we can imagine the possibilities...

Just thinking here, Ag and I both have 7th house action and quirky Sun/ASC combinations, quirky as in quincunx.

Capricorn/Gemini

Gemini/Scorpio

Capricorn wants to be heard not ignored, Gemini wants to be taken seriously. Or something like that, possibly maybe, just throwing that one out in the wind.

No, I don't think you are hopelessly idealistic and naive.

Some people tend to divide sex and love more starkly than others. Romantically the two are closely entwined for many people, but not everyone.

That isn't very well put. It may take a few edits (doing my Mercury in Taurus number).

No, sorry, I can't do it. I had a quick flick, but I am 20 years too old for Astro2.

And I should go to bed, as well. It's late. Appearances may be contrary, but good work tonight, I pat my own little back.

Me three!

Yeah, those quincunx Suns to AC signs are...something. In some ways they feel like they don't mesh well together, but we make them work.

Sadly, my friend, it is not a sound of pleasure escaping from my panting mouth, but a sound of terror most hideous indeed.

There's a sound of terror? Why?

(I can't stay up for the answer unfortunately. I have to get to bed.)
