Which I seriously have to start NOW. *sighs* I did a good start this week, and then a bag of crisps fatefully crossed my way. It suffices to say, only one of us survived. And since I am here, talking to you all....

Do not begrudge yourself a goodie when you really crave it!
That is my best weight loss strategy!
Have what you want when you really crave it, then be very careful in betwixt times.
And if you have TV(I do not, but same goes for DVD watching) never eat goodies in front of the TV! Salad and so forth is A-OK.
Same for at the computer...no snacking!
And never skip breakfast. I took off 50 pounds in 2008 that way.
A pound a week loss will stay off in the long run.

Just a quick question, oh wise and wonderful knowflakes....

At the moment, I don't seem to have any transit squares or other difficult transits, other than perhaps Saturn sitting 1* in my 6th house.

Transit Venus is conjunct my Asc by 0-1*

I have a meeting tomorrow. Would transit Venus be in my favour for the meeting?
