I ended up having the day off from nannying today.(visiting their gma and great gma!) I am about to start my online training for my job. It's due on the 17th. That is around the corner, I certainly don't want to be doing it when my fiance is home for two weeks. I am going to try to knock it all out today. And then I hope I can disconnect a little from prek job before I go back after I complete this.

I had a dentist appointment made, finally, but I can't make it on the day they gave me, so that has to be re-scheduled.

Pluto/Jupiter square Ceres/Chiron/Sun is ever-present. Exactly square my Sun right now. I have no idea what else is happening, except for the next eclipse.

I have a few friends who need prayers - I've wondered about one, and a mutual friend let me and others know that he was taken to the hospital, the EMT's could barely get a pulse. That was over the weekend, and I'm still waiting for an update. His wife was in touch with the mutual friend, so it's just a waiting game. He's had bad health issues for years, and he's one of these guys who can look rough, but is so kind, and really funny. I don't pray anymore, but I'm going to try again, whether or not I believe in a God. I believe in energy, good and bad. So good energy might help.

I have to adjust my time management too. I have a professor that actually makes discussion boards due on Tuesday. I almost missed the deadline.
I also have another class where I need to observe children in a licence childhood center, when I am off for the summer. So I have to communicate with my professor about that. I doubt a random center wants extra people in right now. I might be able to count my nannying.

I feel like this energy is playing out with the pandemic too. People want to live that summer life, but the virus spike in most places have authorities like "hold up" and taking more serious than before.

My sister just text me the whole story about my mom's road trip to the deep south where its hella spiked. She told me she is joining an old church friend to visit the sister. She brings up that they have a pool and horse shoe pit. I figure okay risky. But I know she has masks gloves is willing to wear them, lots of sanitizer.

Mom leaves out that there is also going to be a birthday party. So I'm thinking about all these elderly people getting in the pool and touching the same horse shoes! My sister brought up that since it's hot there people will be inside with the AC blowing around!
My sister has been protesting her going. Even told her that she can't come over 14 days after her trip if she goes. With my sister having 3 little kids my mom sassed her, laughed and said "we'll see how that goes" I laughed so loud when my sister text me she did that because my mom is kind of the girl version of Ned Flanders, so it is so funny to me when she has dry sarcasm and says something b1tchy.

The hike kicked my ass but I made it to the summit!

Today Moon in gemini is on my husband's AC and he is so on top of things, focused and productive, on fire, he is also in a great mood.

I am too in a surprisingly real good moood today, I have to say I really do love gemini energy! is light and fun and happy and energizing.

I did have some interesting dreams this morning and surprisingly slept in which is rare in my 30s for some reason, not in my 20s. I am taking PTO today so that is why I was even able to sleep in but normally in the weekends I don't wake up so late close to Noon.

I suppose VENUS conjunct MOON in GEMINI can explain the light upbeat mood today to be fair as the moon is joining venus in GEMINI.

Favorite Transit note to self: venus conjunct moon in gemini.

I really don't need the money, I care more about MY TIME. I was only suppose to do it a day and a half. The nanny bailed in the pandemic. They are trying to hire a new nanny before I go back to teaching. I kind of wanted to do more in my free time this summer besides my online classes. Both occupy a lot of my time

She relies heavily off of me, our mom, and her mother in law for relief from her children.

So when I finally have time to myself and she asks me if I want anymore hours, that is a hard pass for me. Though I might come by again only if I can get my laundry done too. I was originally going to do it at my moms.Another reason why I am fed up with living in an apartment but close to family, I feel like I have to say yes to favors from them because I can do my laundry for free if I help them.

I had a lot of excitement and traveling when my fiance was in town for two weeks while nannying, and taking two condensed classes, and online training for teaching job. So I have no guilt today spending time BSing online and then doing my course work.
I finished and now I am doing a hair mask before I take a bath. I am going to have an edible and then get in the bath with my new bath bombs, and then do something for dinner, and see what I am up for after that.
The nannying hours are the equivalent to my teaching hours done in three days. Plus I'm taking one more college classes than I usually take, so yes I do want my space. I have a life. My time matters too. I kind of want to feel like "I had a break" before I go back to my teaching job"
Plus I did not have enough time to take a bath like I wanted to yesterday after nannying because of the time I left her house, dinner and school work. So I am getting my way today.
Boundaries. It can't always be my problem that you want to do stuff and you had all these babies. LOL I wont say that again to her because the last time she asked me to watch her kids when I finally had a day to myself. I was ****** she even asked and woke me up. We got in a fight and didn't talk for months.

I might help but it's not going to be a priority. I do enough for them. I don't do enough for myself, and I'm over it.

I am hoping I can reach out to friend I kind of lost touch with. I feel like the stars are aligning for me to sort of get my social life back. And might try to check in tomorrow to take time to repair my social life that has practically slipped though the cracks.

I sent my fiance a gift card for our 5 yr anniversary. He took me mentioning "you can order online" as a suggestion that wasn't a suggestion but a command. I only said it because he said Banana Republic is not around here. There is a mall in the next down over, God forbid he actually looks into it. LOL It takes about a month for it to arrive here. It was suppose to arrive when he visited. It arrives when I am nannying and I guess someone stole it or something. Which is reason 39 I am effing sick of living here, and my hard work should be reflecting a better place to live.
My fiance is so annoying in these situations because he would rather just be lazy and not deal with it. But then he is going to have to deal with me asking if he did anything about it. lol

His mom knows not to bug me about wedding planning until I am done with college, and is actually respecting my/our boundaries. I only had to tell her 8 times, for her to listen and respect me! I knew when she would say it's my wedding when she heard the news she wasn't saying it for me, but for herself. She is going to be something to deal with, I already know.

I just got the call that my school might not be ready to open in the fall.
Three teachers have already quit.
I have nannying to fall back on most likely, and I really don't mind doing that. I only mind it now sometimes because I am in college and doing online training and meetings for preschool job at the same time.
But I mean once I am done with college, it would be 30 hours 3 days a week. That sounds great. Same pay as teaching.

We'll see I also find this could be very likely since Mars will be rx in the fall.

Thursdays are spent BSing online, actually doing my college work, and doing little chores here and there. I feel like I need to BS online and have chore breaks for my mental health and sanity. Even though I have a lot of deadlines this week.
