The man I work for likes to eat McDonald's
And he expects me to eat with him each timeSo I've been getting the mcmuffin bacon egg and cheese
Which is terrible for my diet
But for the rest of the day I eat barely anything and I work out sometimes so I thought I'd be good But today they messed up my order
And he told me to just eat it And it was a bagel
And bagels are sooo fattening I looked it up I went from having a 300-400 calorie meal to 630 calorie meal and like 60g carbohydrates and carbs are what make u fat So yes I've decided a plan lol
Tomorrow I will either a)get the egg mcmuffin b)get 2 hash browns or c)green salad with grilled chicken

Take the McMuffin and throw out the English muffin and the bacon. It'll eliminate the worst stuff. Stay away from the hash browns. Their salad with grill chicken works, but you've got to toss out their salad dressing. It's full of HFCS.

My son used to work an McDonalds. One of the only real things there is the round egg. The grilled chicken could be real. The great majority of food there is not real. It is fake food, literally lol ------------------

Well I'm a Home Health Aide--so I basically go with him wherever he tells me to. It's kind of like just hanging out and helping out, that's why I love my job!
