Opened my email today..
Wikipedia was thanking me for the offering last year, and rewarding with a link to "An Art Exhibit" site to view some GORGEOUS work from winners of an International Contest.
These people are the ones who bring the photos TO Wikipedia, called Wikimedia.

SO! Today
I'll share with you my Art Adventures.

These photos are ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS, and inspiring.

Oh! I donated $3 dollars to them also.

Laughing at self...
After I did that?
In my imaginative sense, I felt like I was wearing my faux-fur and a feather boa--
Yes, I'm a "Patroness of The Arts!!!"

*~
Speaking of patronage.
Just wanted to say that my patreon account was GLITCHED, long ago. Doesn't work.

So. This is me being me today.

Oh... So Beautiful.

I went to above-performer's youtube channel, and found him singing this piece.

Earlier this morning, I carefully took down and wrapped all my Christmas Holiday decorations, and closed the storage bin top.

According to a Vedic I heard, she doesn't predict good things happening out of upcoming December 2019. Might not be experiencing a 'good' Christmas of 2019? due to the SN NewMoon Capricorn Eclipse at 4.07 Cap, with Jupiter there.
I hope we will be okay. {{Heart}}

I wrapped each of the ornaments{thanking them, *grin*} with the thought of that present in the background of my mind, WHILE being mindful that Things Change, and To Believe the Best Thoughts.

So, I gave thanks for Christmas season of 2018, coming to a close.

The most IMPORTANT thing about Christmas/Holidays, is to "in-body" its Spirit inside our being, inside our Heart .. and have it last inside us all year long, and beyond.

Have A Good, and Surprisingly Prosperous and Industrious New Year 2019.

"Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that."
- Martin Luther King Jr.

My mother was extremely prejudiced!
Started to become aware of this at age 8. My father was in the Military Guards and having to be called to carry a weapon into the race-riots that were going on only 10 miles from my house. The schools began to participate in 'busing' in order to mix the races together.

I decided to *Stand*.

Went to my volunteer job on Tuesday.

My bosses approached me at the end of my shift, to asked me if I could come in and work full Tuesdays and Wednesdays for the next 3 weeks.

I sat there.
Looked at {my Gemmy},
drew in a breath, and with a glint in my eye said,
"You know? That's not conducive to a person's good self-esteem not-to-be paid for the work they do?"
I smiled because these two women-bosses {a Gem, and a Capricorn} have been telling me to 'believe in myself' more.
It was bold for me to even chide them about that topic.

We had a nice discussion. And no, the extra hours I'll put-in is not for pay. It's added volunteer-time. A Labor of Love.

I'm doing it for them out of a sense of Duty Love and Loyalty to help them out in a pinch.

So I put in 5 more hours yesterday with a 1 1/2 hour break for lunch-- which was nice. I needed that time away as I was alone on the phones which rang each time I finished the previous caller.

I'm pretty certain that if I fell into trouble and ever needed help with understanding legal matters, I'd have a fleet of people available at the asking.

I love being around my coworkers. Chatting in person (rather than online). Swapping interesting stories, and 'jokes'-- generally, some Great female comradery.

In November 2016, I made my first contact with them, in shock (and depression) over how the elections turned out. They gave me an application to volunteer. I filled it out and returned the application to them a day or two later.

So really, I'm 'not' a drinking woman.. but after that failed election I went out and bought a small glass flask of white rum to add to soft drink, for 'medicinal' reasons..
That, and watching 'cat videos'!!!

USA CHART was having her Pallas Return at the time of the November 2016 elections.

USA Chart asteroid 916 America Libra is trine her Pallas Athene Aquarius, and 27+ Aquarius Moon,
with 27+ 26858 "Mr. Rogers" {Good Neighbor, Good Citizenship} asteroid.
Now, transiting Pallas is conjunct USA America Libra.

Due to disasters and hardships for the past several years, we have been increasingly needing to rely on the assistance and generosity of neighbors, friends, and 'strangers' {friends we haven't met}. We have had to count on each other even MORE, in our country-- and even in our world.

I heard one of the (elderly republican) Senators say today that the Govt Shutdown affected-workers (working for 'free' at this time) should not have to be subjected to the 'shame and embarrassment' of having to rely on the aid of neighbor, friends, and local businesses????
~ Really? He's "shaming" them?

Thumbsup once again to Chef Jose Andres--
once more, he's stepped 'up to the plate'?? *grin, pun*
He is providing hot meals in Washington DC, through his charity called "World Kitchen". during the USA partial Govt Shutdown.

I'm glad for one of the newsletters I get for free.
They must have someone on their staff that "appreciates" gospel artists, and includes all kinds of religious teachers and figures of all sorts.
They provide a list of interesting birthdays.
There's also a blurb on Events In History.
.. Whoever they are, I DO appreciate their interesting daily newsletters, WITH inclusion of (centaur) asteroid aspects.
{Note. End of Feb 2019, after years, that company has ended publishing newsletters.}

So.
Today is the birthday of a gospel music singer-writer whose music cassette-tapes and cd's encouraged me through some extreme harrowing ordeals during times in my life-- I was huddled, and broken, and thought I was NOT going to make it out of my circumstances alive-- ugh.

Those were grizzly times, just horrible.
And that I 'survived' those times, and still remain alive to tell it today, is indeed its own miracle. (Thank God!)
oh gosh, I must still have some ptsd left inside me, regarding that whole past!-- thinking of how much danger I'd been in, several times in my life, I am in awe.
*~

It got down into the upper 30sF, low 40s. --

I myself was bundled and wrapped-tight like *Nanook of the North*, while some shopped and still walked around in their flip-flops, shorts, and spaghetti-strap tops?? brrrrrr

*Nanook of North* was an affectionate nickname some coworkers called me when I had lived in the southern mid-atlantic region in late '70s/early 80.

I'd walk to work everyday for a mile or more, enjoying the ocean, following a path along the harder sands of the beach, along the water's edge.
There were dolphins/porpoises(?) along certain parts of that beach that came to play VERY close to the shore. At sunrise on the beach during the warmer months, you can find humans wading out into the waters to be with them.

Would take the first bus available before dawn, and go have my breakfast in a café downtown where I would spend several hours writing in my journals, and working on other creative pieces, including the works of other people {as a favor}.

That was my favorite life-long habit for MOST of my adult-life, from the time I started college.
Ended the ability to do that activity, starting in the latter 2000s;
{also, for the years I had been married}.

I very much miss that part of my life. I did some of my best work and found I could focus in restaurants. Wait-staff kept the coffee coming, and I didn't have the usual home-distractions/chores to lure me away. The sounds of the restaurant became a like a curtain around me, and I'd flow in my work. {Was a big tipper too, so, they didn't mind.}

So anyways, walking along the beach was extra 'cold' for me in the non-summer months... hence, showing up at work in the morning dressed for it, and gaining the nickname. LOL

*~ Back to the newsletter--
Mentioned Kirk Franklin's Birthday is today.

Thank you Kirk Franklin, for the help that you've provided through your songs--
and still now, at times.

Happy Birthday, Kirk Franklin (Jan 26) *heart*
- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kirk_Franklin

(music) He'll Take The Pain Away (Kirk Franklin) [5:22] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ud5X7NzwV_c

Shout-out to fellow Christians out there, and to the other 'eclectics' that embrace the group.

You also study astrology, and pull oracles.
The clergy who warn that these are demonic tools, say the truth-- because it is true that there are practitioners who use these tools (with intention to do 'harm' to another human, in whatever way they apply it).

The Holy Spirit can use anything we do, because "GOD" is the one who sanctifies His channels and human vessels, and uses them 'as He Wills' to touch and help others.

Over the years here, as I began a growing interest in astrology, it never once pulled me away from God. I enjoy studying the mythologies and delving into the philosophies of others.

In fact, the study of astrology ENHANCED my deep Worship and Appreciation of the Cosmos; in AWE trying to comprehend how He Created all this 'mathematically', not just visually..

So much Marvel in our eyes--
For the discerning

I thank you for continuing to be working 'for Good' ---
{especially on my own behalf, in the backgrounds}.
I am DEEPLY truly Grateful.

Economically??
{I completed the task of working on my financial forms for govt for next year-- they swallowed up and lowered the benefits, while medical costs were RAISED much-higher at a time of life when THE risks are higher.}

With current govt right now,
it looks like a hell-road for the MAJORITY of people.

There are MANY people right now (with children), who are being evicted from apartments; some others have mortgages on their house, loans on their cars-- These are losing everything they ever worked for. Their credit scores are taking a hit for it too.

I do volunteer work in the 'help' field--
There are JUST "no resources" available to compensate for the influx of INCREASED demands.

Going to have to rebuild lives all over again.

Life shouldn't have to be 'this' extremely hard. That's abnormal.

In a more utopian vision of the world-- where folks have communities of people willing to "share" from what they have to give, I think some of the pressures would be balanced or eased for many.

I've been leafing through some of my older books by Scott Peck, on Communities.
Once, I had actually tried to get a visa to go visit Findhorn in the early 1980s.
Went to a conference on Communities in the '70s, and ironically, it's the ONLY time I ever had someone 'steal' an item from me that I had left on a chair during a break-- took my beautiful new denim jacket.
~~ oy, ironic right????

I'd love a world where we could "trust" the people we're with--
or where there was so much wealth that it wouldn't matter.

I'm a Dreamer... And not the only one.
"How" can we make this work? ..
Would be brilliant wouldn't it?

The pooling of talents, resource, and work, has an ability to make things go Better for all.

That's what Families should be.. so many of those are broken now. Villages, tribes.

That's what the concept of 'church' is about too. The Roman Catholic church perfected that, if you ever studied the designated functions of a parish.
Lived in a cloistered contemplative monastery before.

Many hands make a burden light.
But maybe, I'm an idealist..?

I wish for a safe loving home.
My life is winding down.

**
Oh! I heard the icecream truck going through the 'hood, playing the song,
"If you're happy and you know it, Clap Your Hands."

I've had folks ask if I wouldn't mind doing things that are not astrological..

That answer would be yes, of course.
Some of you are aware of my talents,
AND my limitations.

Asteroids---
tMars currently in 17+ Aries is on my 31 Euphrosyne 'Graced with mirth and Joy' H4.
Also approaching 20+ Aries, it will quintile my MARS Cancer,
conjunct
578 Happelia "Happy" Aries 20.24,
and 4161 Amasis Aries 20.43.. {knowing when to cut losses,
and "drop burdens" ..}.

(music) Happy (Pharrell Williams) [4:00] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZbZSe6N_BXs

I appreciate all those who follow my thread, and read my posts at LL.

It is sincerely and whole-heartedly a total JOY for me to have been Serving you in the ways that I have.

(Thank you for all the good thoughts and prayers on my behalf, too.)

(music) I Choose Love (Mark Miller, lyrics by Lindy Thompson) [4:08] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vh96Dt71ZGk

lyrics
In the midst of pain, I choose love.
In the midst of pain, sorrow falling down like rain,
I await the sun again, I choose love.

In the midst of war, I choose peace.
In the midst of war, hate and anger keeping score,
I will seek the good once more, I choose peace.

When my world falls down, I will rise.
When my world falls down, explanations can’t be found,
I will climb to holy ground, I will rise.

In the midst of pain, I choose love.
In the midst of pain, sorrow falling down like rain,
I await the sun again, I choose love.

Have a Beautiful Day..

There's a New Moon in Aquarius 15.45, 4:03 EST today.

It's on my 13052 LasCasas {home}, 17503 Celestechild, and 76 Freia Aquarius {noble lady, hostess, mistress of her property, precious possessions, and fondness for Love Songs! } asteroids, in 15+(16) Aquarius.

These are flanked by 26858 Misterrogers at 14+, along with 4628 Laplace {one's place} and 505 Cava at 16+ Aquarius in H2capr.

I remember a pastor's sermon, where he had said that EACH person is like a key-blank that gets 'cut' a certain way by Life.

Some keys are quite unique, with lots of jagged edges.
Nothing you've ever been through in Life is wasted.

Your talents and the-way-you-Be provide "a perfect match" to someone else's needs.
You're the Key to Unlock someone's treasure.

For Perfect Fits!

Today is Carole King's Birthday!!

I once had EVERY ONE of her vinyl albums (1970s), until a relo I had at ~age 24. Knew every single word, too!

Loved her naturally CURLY HAIR in appearances in later life!!!
I used to wish I had hair like that.

When I was at my University, I was chosen as one of 2 student reps on a committee that focused on issues of Women. I had suggested we invite her to sing in concert here. They tried to reach her, but they responded she was not doing concerts at that time.

Her Sun 20+ Aquarius is on my asteroid 447 Valentine.

Just want to send her some Love today,
and to thank her from the bottom of my heart for all the laughter, the dancing, longing, and tears..

She "Helped Me Feel"...

This is her, (with visiting guest, young James Taylor), in a concert she gave in 1971. I was 16 then.

The Liberal Soul.. is made Fat. {scripture}
It's a JOY to Give.. No other feeling like it. There is liberty.

I'm really needing to conserve self's energy too, as the environmental-issues {outside of my control} has stolen a lot from me, over the years.

I have written soooo many posts in my mind, that never made it into physical writing or type. {simply been inundated}

On another note---
Saw the movie-documentary about Mister Rogers on television HBO last night, called Won't You Be My Neighbor?.
I have some thoughts on that, on his use of Media-- so brilliant.

Anyway.
Feel like crap physically, while feeling good in my spirit!
I want my body back!!!! *grin*

Lots of Love!!

Yeah, maybe need to communicate more sometimes.
I back out of soo many of my posts.
Some of them, were Good! Shouldn't have done it.

Awww, Thanks. I really appreciate you saying that, Randall.

Bumped into someone who works at my v-job last night while grocery shopping. Was one of the upper-echelon people who utilize the notes I take on their prescreen application calls.

He treated me with SUCH respect, and I felt such a sincere solid gratitude for the work I do for them. He gave me the vibe that I do my work competently and well. Made me feel like I was a valued part of their team.
What a needed and appreciated boost that was to me~~
He had said how everybody there just 'loves' me.
awww.
I'm just soooo glad I can DO that well-enough and have gained their admiration.

(Now. If only I'd get paid, right????) LOL!!
So, I'm going in to v-job tomorrow, with a renewed spirit.
I'm ready ready ready ready ready.
Yesterday (Feb 10) was Roberta Flack's Birthday *heart*
