Are you better?
I've been preoccupied, so I haven't checked how you've been.

I am better as far as that day where I threw up. Nothing happened after that, so I chaulked it up to bad food.

Today I feel like a walking zombie. I'm waiting on a second wind I fear won't come. I had trouble getting to sleep last night, which was worsened by the fact that a crew was maybe 25 yards from my room last night doing something with a tree at around 1:20 in the morning. I heard some heavy duty truck, so I looked. There was a red and blue light like maybe there was a police car present, and I saw a man in a yellow suit, which I now think was a fireman (as I can't imagine that there's any emergency tree unit that can be called out that late at night). This morning it looked as if a tree-sized part of a tree might have fallen over or something (maybe a whole tree; I don't know). I'm guessing that maybe they were making our road passable. I did hear the occasional chainsaw as well. Never heard any sounds like they were moving a car or anything.

Unmoved, I just noticed that HGTV responded to John Mayer's tweet about a room "to geek out in." Everyone follows that guy!!

Hey AG~ I am glad your tummy didn't get worse. Yeah, it must have been a bad batch of food.

John Mayer is a twitter legend, even though Ashton Kutcher is King! Ashton is sweet though, whereas John Mayer is pure entertainment. Love it! He is nearly on 2 million followers. Hehehe...

I'm gonna keep on bothering him until he answers.

I feel almost like a hypochodriac right now. I'm guessing that now I'm suffering from some summer allergy. $ucks.

Okay, medical b!tch session on AG's thread. I had a doctors appt. this morning and she thinks I may have a blood clot in my bicep, which is too uncomfortably close to my lungs in her opinion, so now I have to have a chest ex-ray and go see a specialist. Yay, fun.

I feel you with the hay fever, they had something on the news last night that was saying don't leave your clothes hanging out on the line if you have one, because the pollen count is so high. My eyes are all blood shot and runny. Yuck.

That sound serious!!!

How in the world did she even come to realize that there might be a blood clot in your bicep. I mean... That's not something one finds in a physical, is it?

Well, the veins in my left arm, on the inside,,not really bicep, have been really sticking out, like a guys do after they work out? And they are like dark, blue-purple-ish. My left hand is my dominant, so I thought maybe I was lifting too much heavy stuff. I do that alot. But It kept going numb, and aching. It is my usual way to ignore things, but today, I just asked her in passing if there is such a thing as vericose (sp?) veins in your arm. She said no, and looked at it, and was seemingly alarmed, and irritated that I waited so long. When I do lift something, they buldge out and it looks horrible! She said it could be a blood clot, cause it doesn't look normal..so...
Sorry AG, didn't mean to give a dissertation on my arm, on your thread!

Oh wow! I really hope it's not serious. Good Luck with the tests and I hope they come to nothing.

Thanks unmoved, I appreciate it. I noticed when she was ordering the test, she requested the "non-evasive" test, which is great, except for the fact that now I'm wondering if they don't see anything and have to resort to the evasive test, what in the world would that feel like! Yikes!

"Invasive"

I don't mind you talking about it on my thread. I was really curious why there were so many posts since I left. Hopefully everything turns out alright.

Yeah, this hay fever or whatever it is suckss. It wasn't terrible today, though it is persistent. I got some generic Claritin today, so hopefully that will help.

I got some new bedding, and a memory foam mattress topper today. Excited about it.

Thanks AG, and you would think I would know the correct spelling, having worked there for a year! *sighs* I had a terrible night of sleep, it felt like my skin was on fire and I was itching everywhere. I took 2 benadryl and no effect there. Today my eyes are even more blood shot then ever!
Where I live is called "The Miami Valley" also known as "Sinus Central." I am not joking! The area is built in a valley so everything; snow, rain, pollen, just sort of collects and stays longer than most places. Do you have asthma as well AG?

No, no Asthma here. I do live in a valley, though. The medicine I got makes me super drowsy, so I'm going to look for something else today.

Yep, I know, you should see me on benadryl, I walked into a wall, seriously, right into it. I think I need to look for something else too.

Yeah, I feel like I'm detoxing from it. My head's been a bit cloudy all day. I'm still congested, but my nose isn't constantly running like it was.

I went and got a replacement allergy drug, and this one says non-drowsy, but comes with a caveat that it may make you drowsy if you exceed the dose.

I think I'm going to try to sleep without anything, and then in the morning if I need it I'll try the new stuff. I just upgraded my bed with a memory foam topper, and all new bedding, so hopefully that'll make tonight a treat.

I still go with the vicks-vapo-rub and the vaporizer machine. Plus the noisy thing seems to lull me to sleep. hehe, little side affect though, NO ONE comes near you when your wearing Vicks. So, depending on your mood, I suppose. Maybe I will fend off all my unwanted guests by wearing Vicks after I've lunched on the Olive Garden's all you can eat breadsticks, they are very garlicy, you know?

Well, I brought the single dose of the new drug with me to work, but haven't used it. I really don't want to be drowsy at work. I'm still congested, but with a bit of caffeine I at least feel mortal (not like yesterday's zombie phase).

I'm guessing that maybe I'm beyond the allergy stage, but I really have no idea how summer allergies work. My throat's no longer scratchy, and my nose isn't constantly running anymore. I'm just congested, and occasionally have a little cough. Seems so wrong to have any ailment in summer.
