K, this is irritating me, cuz, I am looking at the signsalign right now, and it says 45 percent with you. Why does ours say something different? That makes me have less faith in the program.I do have 81 percent with PA, though. I wonder if she would consider leaving her husband.....hmmmm. Glad you reconsidered the wedding. I really want to wear that dress, Eskimono!!! I've even got the shoes planned out. OK, to skipping Thailand, as long as there is a party, I'm happy. IP: Logged |

I will invite you right now while I've still got that window open, I think AG is probably working, or possibly plotting murder against his singing co-worker.IP: Logged |

I would have thought I'd have invited you already WinkA. It does only allow you to invite 8 a day, and I forgot who I invited so I was waiting to see who showed up. quote: Now, AG, what track shall we have for the first dance?
I'm sure I wouldn't get to pick that, being the man and all. My first thought would be Everthere by Elbow. It would be the most sober, tearful first dance ever...which is why I'm sure I'd get veto'ed. My second pick, also from Elbow, would likely get a much better reception: One Day Like This. At some point in the reception I'd probably do some comedic production of Wham!s I'm Your Man. IP: Logged |

Wink, did I know you had a 29th degree Sun? That makes it right on top of my Moon. Your Moon is almost exactly opposite my Sun. Your Ascendant almost exactly on my chart ruler Mercury. Of course your Mercury and Mars square my Venus, Mercury, and Saturn. Your Neptune is almost exactly on my Mars.Your placements almost look excellent for me synastry-wise (because they're so precisely aligned), and yet for all those close contacts your Mars/Mercury create a t-square with my chart's primary opposition, and my Moon/Pluto create a t-square with the opposition of your Moon to my Sun. It's kind of fascinating astrologically. IP: Logged |

EDIT: Ahhh see AG? Romeo Romeo, where for art thou Romeo? LOLOkay.. On that SignsAlign thing I have 80 with AG and sadly only 47 with Gypsee and Moonie :-( I hate to admit that there are a couple other people from here on my FB who I have no clue who they are lol. One of whom I have 92 with... IP: Logged |

Interesting. My SignsAlign says we have 82. I just looked at our composite. It's an absolute disaster. Sun square Moon. T-square with Saturn opposite Neptune (the chart ruler) squared by the Ascendant. I don't think you can technically use the Ascendant as a planet in a t-square, but as the Ascendant is such a critical point I'm sure the effect is the same. I can probably tell you who the LL people are if you want to message me with names. IP: Logged |

OhMy Goodness First choice - yep, a bit too maudlin Second choice - let me tell you a little story....... About 5 years ago Snow Patrol (I LOVE Snow Patrol) came to do a gig on the little island where I live. It was unheard of back then for a big well-known band to visit - but they liked the acoustics in small venues. They brought Elbow along to support - nobody had heard of them then. I am not one for regrets, but I was really sad to miss that concert, and have been ever since. So, I joined the fan club so that if they ever came back to my wee isle I could get pre-sale tickets. I had just incorporated a property holding company (sounds way more fancy than it is, it's to do with Offshore tax) called Igloo, so when the site asked for a username I chose Eskimo. But I didn't know that the people who ran the club called themselves Eskimo's (go figure?), so had to choose another name. I chose Eskimono cos I like the visual of an eskimo in a kimono. Last year Snow Patrol announced a 'celebration' tour, not to my island but at least in small venues. I managed to get pre-sale tickets for Manchester. In the end I couldn't go (long story, don't take me there) and sold the tickets an hour before the show to my sister-in-law's friend. She said the show was amazing and that they did a cover of an Elbow song in tribute to Elbow who were in the front-row. The cover was this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GKd0vNySl5Q ............. Don't make me falter through my own One Day Like This cover, because if my voice can handle it I've got a great vocal part to throw in at the end.Final Straw was probably my favorite album of the year it came out. You do have amazing taste, my dear. That album was kind of special to me, because it was one of those rare albums where I could listen to every song without having to skip over some. It is kind of a travesty that Elbow had to be their supporting band, though. Elbow's been around longer, and they're more interesting musically. IP: Logged |

I've been jamming through that song since you posted it. It would be quite easy to cover. I wish full blown recording was an easier proposition. In a studio with the right people I could knock that out in half a day.IP: Logged |

You know how people pass a card around the office when someone's celebrating a birthday? Today a card was passed around because a co-worker's brother had died. Am I crazy in thinking that's inappropriate? Death seems like such an intimate affair to me. I'm not sure I'd want everyone in the office to present me with a card if my brother died. Seems like an intrusion.Your thoughts? (By the way, I didn't sign it. I don't know the woman it's for to any great extent, so it would seem presumptuous to me.) IP: Logged |

That does seem a but much. I think it's nice to show sympathy but a more appropriate way would be maybe a flower arrangement for the funeral or a plant...something like that. IP: Logged |

That's weird... I would not have signed it either. Kinda lacks taste... A girl in my office lost her aunt last week and I said "sorry for your loss" but what else do you do? I think you let people come to you when it comes to a death in the family. IP: Logged |

Hey honey - I'm home!Know where you are coming from with that one, but guess it's horses for courses. I had a disagreement with a friend over something similar - I find it odd and a bit intrusive the way people seem to feed off things like that, she thought it important to know that people are thinking of you at such a difficult time. Same as you I didn't sign the card as I barely knew the person grieving and had never even met the person that had died. I thought it inappropriate, but I wonder what the recipient thought - probably that I was a thoughtless ***** ? IP: Logged |

It's mid-term school break, so I've taken a couple of days off work - yippppeeee. It's 'pancake day' here - do you have that in the States? Made a pancake lunch, then went swimming and nearly sunk! Freezing cold - been snowing up on the mountain (it's like a big hill really).
