I'm thinking about making an appointment with my last manicure gift certificate. It hasn't been my favorite place. They are a bit intense there, in their temperament. Kind of like hurry up and pick your nail polish color! But yeah if it wasn't for another gift certificate, I would go elsewhere.

But I will say this has really been my year. This will be my third time this year having my nails professionally done. I don't think I've ever had it done that frequently ever. So since June, I have not had chipped nails!

Thinking of getting them done before a bridal shower this Sunday.

I have lots of dresses with white and florals. But a part of me is weird about wearing anything remotely white to someone else's bridal thing. Even though everyone does it here. So I am still figuring it out. I think I am comfortable wearing white if it's a small accent. But I can overdress sometimes and it's important to dress nice but not nicer than the bride to be. I can really overthink this stuff. LOL

I really like the ladies who painted nails at my spa party. I made sure to give her a 5 star review and write an nice review on their business.

But yes this just a nail salon place, I had to look at some reviews to see a few about staff being rude. It was good to know that it wasn't just me.

I can kind of see why no one seems to put Bed Bath and Beyond on their gift registries these days.
From things quickly going out of stock and being discontinued. When I created the registry I did not know I would be starting to move out of my apartment. The website wont let me change my address. I had no idea how many people would just mail me stuff. In May I had to go back to the apartment so many times just to pick up deliveries. I earned store credit changed address online, still sent it to my old place. I swear there was like some pop up that said the address can't be changed. Like why?

My bridal shower was in May. I am still getting stuff delivered to the old apartment. My friend texted me if I got a vase from BB&B and I was like "****!" Our old neighbor said he saw it in the hall. and then when he checked the hall again it was gone. So that implies that someone might of just took it. I finally text my friend to tell her last night.

I probably should of called costumer service but I really thought I was done and could move on.

Ever since Neptune went rx the weather has been crazy here. Overwhelmed sewer systems from so much rain.

The day Neptune went rx it was raining here non stop with little breaks. The next day internet was down and certain roads were closed off from too much water.

The last two days here, there have been thunder warnings. I was going to do some cleaning for my parents but I don't want to risk driving my car through anymore flooded roads.

Yesterday the power flicked on and off. And a branch of tree fell.

I am cleansing and charging my sodalite bracelet today.

Husband is home for the weekend. He is napping after driving.

I think we are going to walk the trails tonight. It's woodsy, so I am waiting to shower because why shower before a walk in the woods if you are just going to spray bug spray on after. Plus with my luck, my husband will want to go out to eat after.

The heavy hitters I'm talking about:
----Saturn in Capricorn conjunct my ex's Moon in Capricorn
----Saturn in Aquarius opposite my ex's Venus in Leo
----Uranus in Taurus square my ex's Venus in Leo

I think Uranus in Taurus' conjunction to my Sun was the final push for me making this decision. Transits on both of our ends could be seen as the indicators of our recent break-up. It wasn't any single transit that did it as far as I know or even recent ones. There was just a pattern of stressful transits for both of us over a period of time, especially the past few years.

Outside of astrology, the warning signs were there and I didn't want to acknowledge them until my mental health was dealt a big enough blow. I fought so hard for this relationship to last, but the time to decide finally came. I identified him as a major stressor and dumped him directly. Within a few days, I later blocked his accounts, his number, and removed him from friend lists on any mobile games we both played. I deleted my Facebook account entirely. The deletion will be permanent.

Saturn is out-of-orb for a square to my Venus in Taurus right now, but I was already questioning the longevity of my relationship with my ex back during Saturn in Capricorn's trine. I'm not sure how else Saturn's square to Venus can manifest. It'll hit Venus in Taurus one more time before it moves on. The orb before Saturn turns direct isn't the closest though so I don't expect anything major.

Back in the earliest days of my questioning, the thought bothered me. I didn't want to think about it and I didn't want the relationship to end. This year, the longer I stayed with him, the more suffocated I felt and the more I just wanted him out of my life. The night I dumped him, I didn't pay much attention to Uranus. There are many reasons for me finally dumping him and cutting him off. Some of those reasons are his fault and some of them are my own problems. Either way, he was making it difficult to address my problems and work through them. I cut him off without warning, because I had to and there was no way to make this work.

I feel relieved now. I'm still mourning over the break-up and recovering from what I had to do, but he's not around anymore to drain my energy or be a constant strain on my mental health and functioning in general.

I wasn't held back by his tricks to keep me in a relationship with him and I wasn't held back from cutting him off because of his "attempts" to get me back. From how he behaved, he wanted to do whatever he could to keep me in his life and maybe win me over to dating him again. It didn't work on me. This time, my feelings matter more than his and I'm not budging on my decision again. My decision is final.

In any case, I just cut off my main social outlet. Regardless, I need to cool off a bit before trying to look for more people to talk to and potentially have as friends. My healing and recovery comes first.

On the other hand, now I'm curious how Uranus' conjunction to my Descendant is going to play out. Based on the timing of the transit, something could happen with my sister or the US as a whole. Nothing says it has to be one or the other. I'm just crossing my fingers for something positive. I'm 99.99% sure the transit won't be related to a relationship partner, but Uranus is Uranus. There's plenty of time for something unexpected to happen between now and this transit.
