Yes I am struggling with the same issue, I hike a lot about half of the year but during the cold months is a challenge to keep my body active and give it the movement it needs, I have a work out machine at home but that has not been inviting me like hiking and been out in nature, I have used it in the past but is not calling me anymore, it just fees like such a mechanical way to work out, is missing soul but is good for you none the less. Reconnecting with movement through dance in a more mindful creative and intentional way by attuning to my body and what it needs to express is going to be how I keep in touch with my body during winter now, I want to do it a few times a week for 15 minutes and on a daily basis I can engage in body movements spontaneously to respond to my needs.

I also have this yoga ball and is in my room and I am bouncing on it before going to bed and using my creativity and intuition while I am on it to engage in movement. I tend to move around at night when I am falling sleep and get restless and I am seeing if bouncing on the yoga ball for a while and dancing on it and shaking things off, exerting some energy before going to sleep would help with this and so far I feel it is helping. I am thinking of integrating it as part of my nightly routine, along with taking Peaceful Sleep flower essence blend, my calcium/magnesium/zinc vitamin and some melatonin.

There is something about this type of work that is very archetypal and primal and it also makes you feel more connected to animals and nature, making you want to mimic their dances and rhythm! It sounds really cool the exercises you guys do to connect with nature in this way and like you said during the winter months it feels so much more significant to connect with nature like this through body movement and sounds you make.

Very nice! Where is she from? Her voice sounds Colombian, reminds me of Shakira, voice wise (not the music); this is sophisticated and not commercial. It also reminds me a little bit of Flamenco, is calming/grounding but also romantic, dramatic and intense. I see middle eastern sounds kick in too WOW, that was so cool, did not see that coming, made me reconnect with my Egyptian past life that part and the dessert.

Ha I was just watching a gold mining show and they are currently in Arizona, I kept saying how beautiful it is and I guessed to my husband that the area they are in is Arizona, we visited in October there, then the show confirmed it that they are in Arizona, part of me would like to move there at some point. I love crystals too, have my own collection of them.

@ Chanterelle, ooh Chrysocolla--one of my favorites after Azurite (1st) and Amethyst (2nd). Chrysocolla is in a sense related to Azurite and Malachite in that is is a higher copper content stone that grows in/from copper ore deposits.

I sleep with a Chrysocolla stone under my pillow of late. Felt I need more balance and soothing, rather than the intensity and expansion of Azurite.

Emotionally detached and unhappy? Is Transit Saturn doing anything to your MOON? Southnode helps us outgrow things, in the context of relationships it can help you gain insight into things that need to change and dynamics that need to be outgrown and replaced with healthier ways of interacting. If these changes do not take place the relationship potentially will end. If the person does not want to grow with you or head in the same direction you need to head you may want to end it too with tr southnode on your moon.

I would look more at transits to the progressed composite or composite chart to see the impact of transit southnode on your relationship.

Last night visiting fiancé, I have some down time since he had to work a night shift. I enjoyed staying in with him, and going out on dates. I enjoyed the casino, I did not use all of my gambling budget on gambling. One game I won 7 bucks, another a dollar, everything else not so great. I used some of the money to buy drinks. By the time we had dinner in the room we did not go back out we just wanted alone time together. I thought about trying my luck more the next day....but it was not a gf friendly place for breakfast (café you know) the cup of fruit was not going to hold me over to be a happy camper, so I took my ticket money and left.

We also did one of our gift registry. And with the mercury rx theme I could not get the app to work and we had to register the old fashioned way.

I also set up our registry for somewhere else. Created an account going to wait to see if we will have time to go to the store together or just do it online.

But you’re right in that if my partner does not wanna head In the same direction I would wanna end it. This is how I feel now, thus detached and unhappy. tSaturn is not touching my Moon right now but will sextile it in a couple of months.

Tr SN is conjunct our composite Neptune. In prog composite, it conjunct Neptune square Juno sextile ASC.

I reconnected with one of my best friends from high school, the other day, with Venus sextile Mercury. Venus is in my 4th house, too.

Taurus emailed me the same day, when Venus was sextile our Mercury/Mercury conjunction, and Venus had just entered his 7th house. We aren't talking so much lately, but we're getting along.

I've been cooking things up, meal-prepping again. I have about five books that I need to finish, because I haven't been in the mood to read. It's been very cold here, but it's warming up a bit now. I've been sleeping on the couch, and thought about moving back upstairs, but the bedrooms were freezing, and it was only 3 degrees outside, so I thought it could wait a little longer.

Venus in Aquarius at 23 degrees opposite exact my Venus and Mars forming a T-square with Mars in Taurus at 23 degrees. Venus rules my MC and 5H, Mars my IC.

Well this tsquare involving transit venus and mars and my own venus and mars definitely stimulated by need for physical intimacy and good sex.

Aside from that Tr moon in gemini has been conjuncting my Chiron.

I was looking at my chart and finally feel I got the time right and was reflecting on my interceptions and it brought up some anger and pain although nothing intense, subtle but needed to be acknowledged, addressed and worked through. I got very intimate with my chart and was thinking about my upbringing and how my family system and early environment shaped me and how this reflects in my interceptions. After a lot of reflecting and reading I realized that my chart is exactly what it needs to be. Like this article states:

"Bottom line, if a sign is intercepted in your chart, it is supposed to be intercepted. Don’t frame it as a problem, frame it as your path. It may very well be a big part of your inner life – but in living “your best life,” you do not let yourself get too enmeshed in its outward expression. This really helped me see my chart with the right frame of mind and it brought me healing and peace. I was already heading in that direction, feeling I needed to nourish acceptance and then read a few articles that really gave me the right perspective on interceptions.

I also agreed with this perspective which compliments other article nicely:

"An intercepted sign in an astrological chart occurs when a sign is totally contained in one of the houses and does not appear on the cusp of a house. When a sign is intercepted, the sign opposite it will be intercepted as well. It even felt a bid like a lucid dream, I remember been aware that I was dreaming and thinking to myself that I can teleport anywhere I want in the dream world through astral travel. The world teleport was definitely highlighted in this dream which I found interesting, I did just show up somewhere and I did felt like I teleported there LOL.

Slept nice today and slept in....

Lets see, it was about hanging out with friends and making new friends the theme behind the dream, not romantic or sexual, definitely about friendship and socializing which fits:

Also Tr SELENE is sextile my Northnode and forming a YOD with my own SELENE, the nodes when activated can open up a portal and SELENE is associated with astral travel.

My natal SELENE was also 100 degrees away from Transit SUN in Pisces, that is a Sentagon aspect, part of the novile series.

There was this woman in the dream that got my attention that I was socializing with and getting know casually.
