I got my nails all painted black and orange at the nail salon.

I do not really like that place, but I have a gift certificate. I've had it since 2019. The staff is "rough around the edges" temperament wise. I would never go to that place with out a certificate. I have one more to use up!

I woke up nice and early today. (early to bed early to rise!)

I have a lot to do to prepare for the week with my Halloween class party.
On top of that. I have a meeting with a student's parents this Monday. We(boss and assistant) decided we need to meet with parents the day of the full moon in Aries.

While working from home will consume most of my day...I think about how I want to quit my job....and how stuff happens and I have more work to take home with me. It reminds me of a few years ago when I knew I wanted to quit and I had to...but it still took me 10 months to come up with an escape plan and leave, because so much got in the way.

I also think about how all of a sudden fast food businesses can suddenly pay employees a higher wage. Here the entry pay can be 15 dollars an hour. As a preschool teacher I make 15.75 an hour. I have two college degrees, and a high school diploma. 11 years of experience in early childhood education. It just kind of makes me feel like a sucker for now making as much as a fast food worker, they only work on their paid time. My husband even told me that he would respect it, if I quit teaching to work at McDonalds if that's how wages are going to be.

one Mccy D's is making the start wage 22 an hour in my state.

I do not think people don't deserve good pay at fast food places, but just having that perspective of I do so much for this job, I could do entry level work for the same pay and have my time be my time when I am done at work.

The transits at moment of purchase are interesting:

Tr MOON in Gemini ruling the 3rd house and falling in the 2H was conjuncting exact my Natal Northnode in Gemini in the 6th .

Tr MOON in GEMINI was also opposing VENUS in Saggy which is conjuncting my SOUTHNODE! so very fitting as I am replacing my old beat up raggedy laptop and upgrading for the purpose of moving forward with this new chapter in my life and career change (natal northnode in gemini in the 6th).

I would not say is a depressive episode yet, but he has been in a funk for over a week, maybe two weeks. I think he just needs to relax for a few days and take it easy, he is doing the glass is half empty instead of half full thing.

Anyhoo is affecting my mood, I have zero reason to feel sad but being around his funk makes me feel like I am in a funk too, ohh the wonders of being an empath.

I am doing what I can to help him with perspective...

I left yesterday when all of my kids were picked up.

My boss questioned me as I locked my door with everything on(coat, laptop, purse).

She wasn't too rude about it, but I thought it was still rude and I probably gave her dagger eyes.

Other teachers sometimes leave right when all their kids leave. Sometimes my boss is bothered that I stay right until 4, or clock out a few minutes after 4.

Maybe don't make a teacher feel $h!++y for leaving right away, when they do aftercare 4 days a week for your school. Nobody, nobody wants to do aftercare. It is not worth each and every staff members time. And why are some teachers too0o00o0o0 good to do aftercare, while others aren't!? Why our the "old" teachers who got too much time on their hands too good to do aftercare. But us younger (50and under lol) who have busy personal lives ain't!? I talked about that with the other teacher close to my age who has two kids that are elementary age. Why should she have to do it 4 days a week?

No I get peeved when I don't feel appreciated for doing aftercare from my boss. The school does not even make a profit doing aftercare. The staff is always trying to talk the director into getting rid of it. These parents are all super wealthy, and would have no problem hiring someone else to pick up their kid after school if they can't.

Another reason why I was so triggered and ****** about my boss indirectly questioning me leaving so soon is because....

1. I make as much as a fast food worker in wealthy areas now
2. I only had Saturday to myself this weekend. Because Sunday I had to organize for a meeting. I usually send out a news letter on Sunday, but I've gotten smarter and started typing my newsletters on Friday during the kids nap if I am physically able to.
3. This job can make me super exhausted sometimes.
4. I'm staying at my parents and have a half hour commute now.
5. I'm still working from home, when I leave right away. I made a Halloween Party CD for my class.
6. Maybe if I leave early, maybe it will make me want to come in early tomorrow.

Today was especially tender i.e Moon was conj natal Moon. Add to that trans Merc was conj natal Mars.

I got into a communication misundertanding with a Cap Moon co-worker that got me angry. He was also peeved. I don't know why Cap moon can be so irritating to me at times.

Anyways,I told him that I didn't want to talk to him whilst in my "feels". The conversation was work related. But the misundertanding became HUGE.

Staying at my parents I am very blessed. But the lack of privacy can get to me once in a while. But it is nice to experience less responsibility.

I have been having some reservations since the beginning of the week and so I attributed my lack of enthusiasm to just my usual up/down mood swings.

I had to listen to some Abraham-Hicks recordings in order to get the "happiness momentum" started. And I think what I realised is that I am too focused on an area of life (job) where I I am least happy. That's the irony.

She's a Mercury Leo, I'm the Mercury Taurus! With other Mercury Leo's I can get annoyed by how much they talk once in a while.

Scorpio season this year basically has been greeting us with Saturn square SUN and shortly will follow up with Saturn squaring SUN and MOON during this new moon on Nov 4th, there is this dragging low vibratory energy, not inspiring, not filled with optimism and causing people to feel fatigued and down.

I must admit I have never been a big fan of Moon square Saturn, I feel it makes me feel down, I have always noticed it affects my mood in a very clear way.

Finally seeing astrologically the explanation for my mood this week is helpful, hang in there folks, this will pass. Hopefully by mid month this will clear out.

Yesterday I bought a carrot cake. Trans Ven is square trans Nep conj/square natal Jup respectively. Jupiter likes to gamble and expand. Is more open to risk. So I bought a lottery ticket too.🤷🏿‍♂️

Mars has transitioned to Sco and conj my natal Plu. Usually when this occurs, there is lots to be angry about. A trigger vulnerable spot for an overreaction? Some kind of an emotional upset that may be difficult to let "just slide"?

At the same time,trans Uranus continues to opp natal Sat(this time exact). I still feel unstable & mentally anxious.

The latter is perhaps the most stressful of all. Ever since I started the new job, my nervous system has not calmed down.Its a job with new responsibilities and I can't help but feel anxious all the time about it. This as if a nasty surprise will awaits me beyond the known😶
